Location, location! Beautiful and peaceful Sierra Oaks home with separate light and bright apartment. Property is gated with driveway parking. Walk/bike to shops, restaurants, American River Bike Trail, and so much more! Close and easy drive or bike to Sacramento State University, downtown Sacramento, East Sac, Hwy 50, you name it! One Bed/One Bath 800 sq ft apartment full of amenities. Clean, comfortable and lacks nothing! Read the reviews and you'll be convinced it's the place for you!!
The space
800 square foot 1 bedroom/1 bathroom filled with amenities and close to EVERYTHING! A maximum of 4 guests can stay in the apartment.
Updated roomy, comfy, yet modern 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment fully furnished and loaded with everything the picky guest would want!
Bedroom has Queen bed and large closet.
Living room has a flat screen with Direct TV and a leather futon (that can open to a Full-size bed). Guests are billed an additional $25/night for use of the futon.
Kitchen has a granite counter with 4 stools and is loaded with everything you'll need during your stay, just buy the groceries.
Bath has granite and a large walk-in tile shower.
Apartment has wireless internet, security, and more! Located on beautiful Huntington Road in Sierra Oaks, 10-15 minutes from the State Capitol and steps away from restaurants, shops, and the American River Bike Trail. Just a few miles from the freeway to Tahoe, San Francisco, Reno, Amador, El Dorado, and Napa wineries, and more.
Apartment with separate entrance is located upstairs of main house.
