The space
800 square foot 1 bedroom/1 bathroom filled with amenities and close to EVERYTHING! A maximum of 4 guests can stay in the apartment.

Updated roomy, comfy, yet modern 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment fully furnished and loaded with everything the picky guest would want!

Bedroom has Queen bed and large closet.

Living room has a flat screen with Direct TV and a leather futon (that can open to a Full-size bed). Guests are billed an additional $25/night for use of the futon.

Kitchen has a granite counter with 4 stools and is loaded with everything you'll need during your stay, just buy the groceries.

Bath has granite and a large walk-in tile shower.

Apartment has wireless internet, security, and more! Located on beautiful Huntington Road in Sierra Oaks, 10-15 minutes from the State Capitol and steps away from restaurants, shops, and the American River Bike Trail.
