Luxe ultime sur le golfe avec votre propre piscine privée avec balcon. Une nouvelle construction avec une cuisine ultramoderne. Plus de fenêtres que vous pouvez imaginer. Vue sur l'eau de chaque pièce et plafonds qui s'élèvent à 15 pieds. Amenez toute votre famille, amenez vos amis. Il y a de la place pour dormir 20. Deux réfrigérateurs, deux laveuses et sécheuses, balcons au 2e et 3e étage et environ 4500 pieds carrés, c'est une maison unique pour vos vacances d'été et vos événements spéciaux.

It is a beautiful home. There were a few hiccups. It had an elevator but couldnt use it, a pool with a heater that you could have paid extra to have it heated, we werent aware. The house overall was beautiful and perfect for large family or groups.

The house was great with more than enough room, good appliances, and a great pool with a view of the gulf. The host is friendly and helpful. Navarre and Navarre Beach are beautiful, easy to get around, and everything was close and not overcrowded.

Multi family Vacation

This house was a perfect experience for our group of mixing together 5 households into one home for a week! Everyone had their own space and perfect areas for our together / family/ meal times! The pool area made it perfect for people who don’t love the beach (I know can you believe those exist?) as we could see our family on the beach from the pool with our own private beach access! They had everything you could need in the kitchen and a washer and dryer on each floor was perfection! We will be returning to this property for sure!

Big, nope... HUGE House. Right on the beach. Beautiful natural lighting and the pool deck makes it hard to decide to go to the beach or stay at the house.

We enjoyed our stay (plenty of room for 10)the beautiful beach views from the balconies are amazing and perfect for relaxing Having a bathroom for each bedroom was the best for after the beach . Everyone had a place to get ready for our evening outings. We never had any issues with the house everything was perfect. The host is amazing and so kind . Thank you for an amazing vacation :)

Great vacation property for a large family

Everything was just as advertised. We had 17 people and it never felt crowded. Beautiful home and the location was perfect. So many beautiful photo opportunities outside and in! We did receive a rather extensive list of rules just prior to arrival, but most were just common sense. Our property contact was extremely responsive.

Luxury Laidback Vacation

We have been doing 3 generation family vacations for a number of years and this was the best; in part to the beautiful home and in part to the area of Navarre. It is much more laidback and not as crowded. We didn't have to compete for a place on the beach as you do in other places. Might be less convenient activities that places like Destin have, but a much more relaxing area for sure. The home is spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The little pool was perfect for the little ones and plenty of room on the deck to watch the kids and the adults relaxing to the nice gulf breezes and views. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. It was describe exactly as it looked in reality. The house was equipped with all the things we needed. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was adequate in space and what was in it. Location was good to places in Navarre and area was quiet. A lot of space under the house for activities. It had a nice view of the beach but that is my one complaint. It would have been nicer if the porch railings were designed differently to see the beach better. Maybe have the deck open to the boardwalk so the view wasn't obstructed by the railings.

Very luxurious bech front home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house on our spring break...it is a very lovely home with all the amenities one could ask for, the only issue we had is that there was not an exit or boardwalk to the beach... We had to walk around the house to get to the beach, but that was really no big deal ( except for carrying all the stuff through the sand). Otherwise this is a vacation home to come back to every year!!! The owner was especially helpful with our needs and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to rent a fabulous home on the Gulf in Navarre :)

The issue was solved last May. The new exit to the beach is there. A short deck and stairs that leads you to the beach was built in the back of the house or the beach side of the house off the concrete pad. This is the shortest walk possible from the front door to the water. No walking around the house on the sand to go to the beach. Please see the posted pictures. A new beach shower (hot and cold) was also added next to the new exit deck. Thanks for the high remarks and high recommendations. Hope to see you again on Navarre beach.

Amazing!

This was our families first time staying at this house in Navarre.. we were blown away once we arrived.. we had four generations (15 people total) the rooms are spaced out and allowed us to keep the babies asleep upstairs while hanging as a family downstairs of an evening.. the owner was super easy to communicate with! The shape of the house made the pool private from any neighbors (perfect for laying out) this house is not like the new modern houses popping up around it. I’d stay here over a brand new one any day! My family hasn’t even made it home yet and already planning next year.

Great house in a perfect location!

The house is beautiful, well maintained and perfect for a large group. Everything is clean and high end... from the top of the line appliances and grill to the large, spacious rooms...we couldn’t have been happier! Read a bunch of the reviews and anyone that is complaining is the type of person that is looking for reasons to complain. The house is on the ocean... with sand and salt water being blown on it all day every day....of course the exterior is going to look like it could use a fresh coat of paint...even if he painted it every year, it would still look like it could use a touch up! The owner is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We had COVID and a hurricane to work around and never had an issue. He provides very clear instructions, directions and guidance. Couldn’t have gone smoother and such a great home!

Fantastic as advertised!

Just returned from our stay at the Bellisimo house in Navarre and I cannot say enough good things. First and foremost, location. We were looking for beach front and it does not get better than this. The gulf is right there. The close proximity and wonderful boardwalk made it so convenient to go back and forth to the beach. With many little kids on our trip, this easy access was important. We were so close to the beach we felt comfortable letting the kids go back and forth on their own. We didn't spend a ton of time inside because it was so beautiful outside, but the house was immaculate, comfortable and the view was extraordinary. The set up of the rooms made accommodating 19 people no problem. The pool was a wonderful amenity and the set up of the pool deck provided the perfect amount of shade but a beautiful view of the sky at night. The owner was extremely responsive to all my questions before and during our stay and seemed genuinely concerned that we were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this house to anyone headed to the gulf coast.
