Dont hesitate to reach out with questions! The space The home offers 2 bedroom (1 queen, 1 full - both 2nd floor bedrooms) and 1 full bath (first floor).
The house was built in 1923 in Cincinnati's oldest neighborhood. There is a lot of history in this neighborhood. My home is traditional with modern touches.
There is a rather large deck off of the kitchen on the first floor, great for a glass of wine outside on a nice evening.
Central Air/heat No washer /dryer Quiet/private street Guest access You will have full access to the house with the exception on the basement. The deck is off of the kitchen and that is a great space! License number 96517
Low key, out of the way but close to all amenities, my family including our toddler felt at home and comfortable. The owner was great and fast at answering all of our questions, the check in and out was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend.
The property was in wonderful condition and was a very lovely stay. The home was quaint and classic, it provided a nice quiet place to rest after a long day exploring the city. Would easily recommend anyone stay here on their next trip to Cincinnatti!
We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was in a historic area & was just as advertised. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had & made sure we were taken care of.
Such a cute house. Perfect for 2 couples. Really enjoyed the back deck. Walkable to a few cute bars. Great location if you are going to Riverbend. Would definitely recommend.
9/10- Mostly great! A couple of very minor issuesâŠ
The stay was great! The house is clean, organized, cozy. The location is great but still on a very private street. We received responses very quickly. We were aware that the house was two stories, but we didnât realize just how steep the stairs were going to be. I have arthritis and a bad back so it was hard to go down at night for the bathroom. In the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner were provided, but there was no soap/body wash or any bath cloths to use in the shower. There were only large towels. We ended up buying soap at a drugstore. Like I said in the title, a very minor issue and easily taken care of. We just assumed it would be provided since it wasnât specified otherwise. Everything else was great, and I would recommend staying here. Very charming and just what we wanted while in town.
