Welcome to Old Red Bank Bungalow â a cheerful two-bedroom home with bright blue-and-yellow dĂ©cor, a dedicated main-level office, and a fully fenced backyard perfect for pups. The sunny kitchen is the heart of the home, offering plenty of natural light and everything you need for easy meals or longer stays.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs and accessed by original pre-WWII compact stairsânarrower and steeper than modern steps, but full of character and part of the homeâs charm. Guests who stay here often appreciate the cozy, tucked-away feel of the upper level.
The bungalow sits in a friendly neighborhood just .25 miles from the Wasson Way Trail, making it easy to walk, run, or bike straight into Ault Park and surrounding areas. Hyde Park, Oakley, shopping centers, grocery stores, coffee shops, and casual dining are all just minutes away.
Whether youâre here for work, a wedding, a getaway, or a visit with family, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

My husband and I fell in love with Old Red Bank the moment we discovered it. We purchased the cottage in 2015 as a long-term rental and had the privilege of hosting wonderful tenantsâmost stayed around two years, saved for their first homes, and started their families. Weâre still friends with many of them today.
In 2017, we took on a foreclosed home down the street. It was a massive project that pushed my husbandâs DIY skills to the limit, but after nearly a year of renovation, it became another place where new Cincinnati families could grow and build their futures.
By 2022, the cottageâs tenants welcomed a new baby and moved into their forever home. With the increasing demand for furnished stays in the area, we decided to transform the cottage into a short-term rental. It was a leap of faith, but one Iâm so grateful we took. Hosting has become one of my favorite adventures, and I canât wait to welcome you to Old Red Bank.

It has the perfect balance of convenience and quietâclose to city life, but with the calm of a residential pocket where people still wave as they pass by.
For us, itâs the best of both worlds, and weâre so grateful to share it with guests.
