Property was exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our few days. Close to the city so was easy to get around. House is so cute and super clean. You can tell the property was recently updated.
Absolutely charming. 3 minute walk to our venue, ( the ASM.) EXACTLY as described. Host was quick to respond to my questions, and took the initiative to check on me in the middle of my stay. Could not have been any easier. Highly recommend and would stay in any of her properties.
We spent 4 nights. The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. The owner maintained great communication and asked what we needed. Was close to great things to see around Downtown Cincinnati. I wpild definitely stay again!
Cutest first floor unit with free on-street parking in a quiet transitional neighborhood. The host was very responsive and the place was adorable and welcoming with a great backyard!!
We had a lovely time staying in this wonderful apartment. Plenty of things to do around the area, nice walking distance to certain places, and the host/hostess are good at communication and had the place looking absolutely gorgeous when we arrived.

My hosts were lovely, responsive and kind. They answered any question I had promptly and were willing to problem solve with me when something happened to the apparent that was out of anyoneâs hands during my stay. The layout was a little funky but worked just fine for my needs and for the times that others sere with me in the apartment. They have clearly put a lot of time and money into making this apartment clean up to date and nice.
Me and a friend were working at a tournament all week. Stayed here to sleep and have breakfast before leaving all day every day. It had everything we needed- bed, shower, place to cook with full fridge, and a clothes washer/dryer. Place was clean and hosts communicated well making sure we knew they were there if we had any problems which we did not. Conveniently located along I-75. Only thing that could be a negative was the layout. From the front door, you immediately are in bedroom 1, then walk through bedroom 2, then kitchen/dining area, and then the bathroom at the back. It was not an issue for us, but there could be some senarios where maybe if one were not forewarned/ not in description and they show up to find their bedroom is private but not private in that the one bedroom occupants have to cross through the other bedroom to get to bathroom/other parts of the house. Just to inform. Was fine/ not a dealbreaker for us! Lots of amenities for the price! We enjoyed our stay and would book again if in the area in the future :)
We got caught by the history of the neighborhood, it is an upcoming neighborhood with lot of history. It is fascinating to see how time and modernization have changed this neighborhood so much.
