Beautiful house with pool near Disneyland & Knotts Convention Center in Anaheim

This beautiful cozy vacation home away from home with private pool is located in a great neighborhood. Less than 3 miles to Disneyland, Anaheim Packing District, Anaheim Convention Center & Knott’s Berry Farm with easy access to freeways into Downtown Los Angeles. Walking distance to big shopping centers and great restaurants. Great for big families to stay in. This beautiful home is equipped with cozy beds, numerous air mattresses and sofa bed.

Fresh bed linens, towels, toiletries provided for use during your stay.

+ Please note: The front door code should continue to work after your first entry into the house. However, if the wrong code is entered multiple times, the system will automatically lock. If that happens, please wait about 10 minutes and try entering the correct code again, or press and hold the top button for 15 seconds — it should reset and allow access.

+ Max Occupancy - 14 individuals including infants - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee $40/guest/day.

+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. You can parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Due to county regulations our driveway only permits 2 vehicles at a time. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 9:00pm - 8am. No more outdoor activities after 10pm.

+ There’s a natural gas BBQ grill in the backyard. Please remember to turn on the bottom gas switch before using it, and be sure to turn it off when you’re done. The grill burners must be ignited with a lighter.

+ Since COVID-19, we’ve been providing only bath towels to prioritize health and safety. Paper towels are available, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.

+ Please throw away all paper products into trash cans after use to prevent clogs in toilets and sinks.

- We have regular garden and pool services weekly. The gardener will move out the trash cans outside the curb for the trash pickup. From time to time we will come to check it if necessary.

- If you are staying on Monday, please bring in the trash cans when they are empty and put them inside of the left side gate.

- Before you leave, please
1, put all trashes in the outside trash cans.
2, Clean the food on the dishes and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start to wash.
3, Put the used towels in the washer and start to wash.

+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to make the reservation

+ Kindly double-check that the stove gas is turned off before you leave.
Also, please make sure all lights and the AC are switched off.

+ If there are any problems with your stay, please let us know immediately.

+The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
