Notre maison est située dans l’un des quartiers les plus prisés et conviviaux pour les familles, juste à l’extérieur du Disney Resort. Depuis notre porte d'entrée, il vous suffira de 20 à 25 minutes de marche pour atteindre le "meilleur endroit sur terre" et vous pourrez même profiter des feux d'artifice depuis la cour privée. Profitez d'un accès calme et sans tracas au monde merveilleux de Disney et à tous les commerces et divertissements à proximité, à quelques pas de notre maison.

Close and ok if on a budget

Overall it was a good experience. The pool is nice. The distance is a little long to walk every time, but a short Uber. If on a budget with a family it’s a good choice. The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be taken care of that I hope they do get to soon though. Washer/dryer is in the garage so you can only do laundry during the day. Management is VERY responsive and easy to get a hold of for issues. We may not rent this property again, it would rent from the property management group again.

Fantastic!!

Our family is very big so we rented this house and the house next door. They share a backyard and a pool. Our family had the best time! The house was so clean, had a lot of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The house is close to the Disney property we had great access. Communication was great with the owners. We have rented from Funtierlabd before and will again in the future!

everything was really nice and clean. Management communicate with me all the time ! The only thing I didn’t like was not able to use the pool after 10, that was the only reason we rented a house with pool.

The property was very nice and the sleeping arrangements were right on. The pool was freakin awesome as the kids said. They were crushed they couldn’t go in after Disney but they did have a few pool days. The property was in a premium area for getting to the Disney within a few minutes by Uber or car. All in all we were pleased and would like to stay there again. .

Great stay

The house is a little older but it was comfortable. The pool was nice, there were a lot of things to take to the beach, two double strollers and a single stroller to use at the parks. We drove to the park but it was only a 7 minute drive. The beds were really comfy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home!

We loved this house. The pool was so fun. Comfortable beds, cute rooms, plenty of bathrooms. Easy access to the freeway and within 7 minutes to Disneyland. We loved it.

Not impressed!

The listing and pics are not what you get, everything is worn down and/or broken. The cleaning was not up to my 6 year old grand daughters standards, let alone mine😞 I would be very careful when booking with this company!

Very convenient to the Disney parks

Pro: Great location, family friendly, cute interior theme Con: Plenty of sleeping accommodations but only two bathrooms. The 10pm curfew is no joke, I hadn't realized when booking that there is NO outside activity (pool/hotub) after that time. Some of the dishes weren't clean on arrival

5 stars for a big family vacation

Clean and Comfortable!

We stayed in early April for a week, and we enjoyed the cleanliness of this property, the close proximity to the Disney parks (although we saved our steps and drove most days), and the beds were very comfortable! One hiccup we had was that the AC, pool heater and thermostat are all ran off the internet, so when the router went out, everything goes out. Response was quick and heating/cooling issue was taken care of promptly. Overall, great stay!

Amazing Vacation Home

Disneyland for families - everything as advertised

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for everyone - we had 14 including 7 children. Kids loved selecting their rooms which are exactly as pictured. Walk to and from Disneyland was pleasurable even with 6 strollers! The management responded immediately eventhough it was Christmas week! There were enough supplies for the week and plenty of beach towels which we really appreciated. Also everything you needed in the kitchen. Definitely recommend Minnies House.

Bed bugs

Home was in a good location. There is a step leading out the living room, causing guests to fall and get hurt. This should be labeled with caution tape. Restrooms are shared between bathrooms, you have to go into other’s bedroom to get to the bathroom. Everything was good until we began getting rashes. We though it was mosquitos and turns out to be bed bugs. I have emailed and called proof to agency and haven’t heard back from them. Hopefully, once this gets resolved, the home is a good home overall.

Disappointed - Needs work

The furnace was so loud that many of us had to sleep with ear plugs in. The shower that was attached to the single room did not drain. After 7 minutes, water was up to your ankles and if you moved too quickly the water would splash the door. Not only that, the drain cover was not attached and due to the rising water it would move and gunk would come up. There was hair on the floor and on the sheets in one of the rooms. Thankfully we did not have any negative experiences but there is apparently a neighbor that watches your every move just waiting to call on a violation. I will say that the themes of the room were well done and super cute but I would not book this house again

Easy Access To Disney

We stayed in Minnie's House for it's easy access to Disney. We had children ranging in age from 1-4 and 7 adults. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all . The beds were comfy and the house clean. It was convenient having a kitchen. It had dishes, pots and pans and appliances available. We weren't there much as we spent the bulk or our time at Disney. We paid to have the pool heated but only used it once as it was still too chilly. So in retrospect we wouldn't do that again. There was a pack and play , high chair, baby gates & even a stroller if you needed one. Laundry in the garage and space for kiddos to play. The only negative thing I could mention was the rental companies very plentiful communications regarding the noise restrictions for the property. On the grand scale that's a minor thing. If we come this way again we'd definitely consider staying again.

Our Disney Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is awesome! We absolutely loved all of the decorated rooms! We locked ourselves out (because there is a screen door with a key vs code lock) and when I reached out to the management, they were very responsive and helpful! The pool and spa were both used on our trip! We were super happy to have those. The strollers we planned on using there were really nasty looking with chew marks etc. So we ended up renting at the park. There were people in the area that walked to the park but we chose to drive. It is a very convenient location. Both Grub hub and Amazon Fresh deliver here! #bonus! The only other thing was some of the comforters and pillows were nasty looking and had some “extras” on them. We washed the comforters and just put the couch pillows to the side and all was well! Overall this was a great place for our 5 day stay!

Best Vacation

I had all of my kids and grandkids, fifteen total at this place. Our goal was to spend time together and visit Disneyland. It was great. We loved the pool. We used it daily. We were grateful for the strollers and puddle jumpers provided. We loved the location so close to Disneyland. We preferred walking because parking took so long. We only tried parking at Disneyland once. Since we had two cars, we often had someone taxi everyone then drive back home and walk to the park. It was so quick and easy. Close enough to go home to rest and eat to go back for evening activities. We loved the equipment provided for the beach. The only thing I would warn people about is that there weren’t enough dishes for 15 people. We planned on eating at the house for the week so we had to buy paper products. The house isn’t carpeted, so it echos. However, with a pool I get that tile floors are practical. The foosball table isn’t functional. I reported that and suggested that it just be removed to provide more room. My favorite room was the glass patio. I could babysit the babies inside but easily see the other grandkids playing in the pool. I hope to be able to go back. Anaheim has some crazy curfew requirements. We had a code patrol truck park in front of our house the first few days, but they never bothered us.

Valuable learning experience

Renting this house was a valuable learning experience for me and my family. We learned that we much prefer to rent homes that are managed by owners (who we feel are more likely to provide a "home away from home" experience), as opposed to businesses. On the positive side, we got an almost immediate response the couple times we expressed a concern. Also, this house is close to Disneyland and the walk is enjoyable. The Disney murals/wallpaper on the walls are very well-done and fun for kids and the pool/outdoor area is beautiful and relaxing. One issue we had with this property was that it did not feel like a home away from home. The amenities are very basic. If you plan to make your meals, be sure to bring everything you may need to prepare a meal including oil, spices (including salt and pepper), condiments, etc. Also, bring your own entertainment, as we did not see any board games, cards, or pool toys and the foosball table pictured does not exist. One more recommendation is test the pool water immediately upon arriving. We did not check it right away and after an exhausting day at Disneyland we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool/hot tub. Unfortunately, both were much too cold to enter, despite having been automatically charged the “heated pool fee.” We reported the problem and were told that the manager would try to program the heat remotely. The pool was finally warm enough to enter the day before we checked out and we have had no response to our request for a partial refund of the heated pool fee. (Nor have we been reimbursed for taking the empty propane bottle for the grill to get filled, despite sending the receipt). One last thing I feel compelled to mention is that I have never, in all of my lodging experiences, had to finish the laundry of the previous guest! And apparently this is standard practice as our friends who also rented a house at the same time (through Funtierland), also had a dryer full of towels which required drying and folding before the towels/washer/dryer could be used. Although my family and I are always meticulous about leaving a house in the same (if not better) condition than when we found it, this time I was a bit resentful in doing so, as I have never seen such an extensive list of chores, rules, warnings, etc. As I mentioned, this was a valuable learning experience, and while I will not say that it was a terrible experience, it is one we will most likely avoid in the future.
