Great Location

This property was very clean and stocked! It was also perfect for our short stay after the holidays! Was in a great location as it was walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the pier!

Comfortable stay, in great location

This was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay during an extended work trip. The home felt very well cared for and homey. I particularly enjoyed the screened patio and outdoor grill.

Cozy place by the beach

Everything was just as pictured, just a short walk to the beach. Loved the screened area, perfect for sitting in after a day in the sun. Definitely check out the local taverns. The Tiny Tavern was just around the corner and had live music! Jim was very responsive to any questions, thank you for sharing your place!!!! Definitely going back home, nice and relaxed!!

Great Overall

My family of 6 stayed in this cute beach home for a week. It was the perfect space and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Once at the beach its just another 5 to 10 minute walk to the pier restaurant and bar. Host was nice, helpful, and easy to contact. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Awesome!

Fantastic place to stay! Close to the beach, the pier, ans aweaomw surrounding restaurants. Walk to the beach! Outdoor shower for when you get back all sandy, and close to watch some rockets launch if any are scheduled. We recommend this beach bungalow, and will be back!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach!

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was great! Loved the location of the house, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and more. The house was great for our one week stay. Had everything we needed. The homeowner was very communicative about things happening in the area. We even got to watch a spacex rocket launch during our visit!

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and quickly learned this house is in a very convenient location! Super clean, everything we needed was in the kitchen and Jim was super easy to work with! Would definitely rent this house again!

The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Everything one could need was provided and the location is perfect. Jim was very helpful in providing information about hiking trails and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic!

My boys and I loved staying here! So close to the beach and a great place to just relax. My boys loved sitting outside and eating, and sitting back and watching TV in the living room. Easy parking at the property, and close to stores and restaurants. We will be coming back!

The property is in a prime location steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distances of restaurants and shopping centers. The property itself was clean, cozy, comfortably accommodated a group of 6, 3 of which are children, and overall really well kept. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

What a great stay. Jim is a great host. His property is very clean and well maintained. His communication was prompt and his local recommendations were extremely appreciated. He also gave us updates on rocket launches and where to launch our kayaks.

Just a perfect location for a family trip to Cocoa Beach. We had 4 adults and 2 teens. Walked one block to beach access, great breakfast one block the other direction, and just down the road from grocery, mini-golf, the pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Nice Quiet Home 350 Yards From The Beach

We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available.

Perfect location, so cozy

We had great communication with Jim. He was very responsive and quick to get back to us with any questions we had. He gave great recommendations about the area-we were able to see a rocket launch while we were there. The property was great, just the right size for our family, with lots of outdoor living space.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this stay. It's ~1 block from the beach, quiet street, comfortable amenities, etc. The owner was quick to respond to emails and polite. Very clean. Didn't end up using the grill provided, but the outside seating areas were great to just lounge around. Overall, an 11/10 will book again next time we make the trip

The property looked exactly like the pictures, and really no communication was needed other than what was in the notes on the VRBO site. Nice grill area with seating, a really nice screen porch with good fans that made it comfortable, everything inside the house worked well, and it was very clean and comfortable.

Great Location, very comfortable

Jim was quick and easy to communicate with. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away - perfect for the surfing teens. We appreciated the beach towels and outdoor shower. The house has all the amenities to be comfortable,including a large washer and dryer and an easy to use thermostat. We made most of our meals, and the kitchen had all the tools you could need. The beds were firm yet comfortable. All in all, a great stay.
