The separate cottage is attached to the home via a common breezeway and comes equipped with its own kitchen and a private washer/dryer.

The main home's full kitchen features a center island and a farmhouse sink, ensuring your culinary ventures are a breeze! The bedrooms are all comfortable and sizable, and the additional family room features a large TV and easy outdoor access, allowing the pleasant Southern air to flow in. A second washer/dryer ensures that everyone is able to get their chores done, and central air-conditioning keeps the temperature consistently cool and comfortable.

Indulge in some self-care when you sink into the impressive soaking tub for a bubble bath. As evening nears, head out into the home's lush yard, where the serene sounds of nearby wildlife surround you.

Atlanta weekend

We were there for a quick weekend trip so didn’t get to spend too much time in the house but it was as advertised! Only hiccup was getting into the house when we arrived later in the evening- the code provided didn’t work but someone answered the phone number provided quickly and while still a bit of a puzzle to get the various codes and lock boxes and keys (felt like an escape room challenge), we eventually figured it out. Only recommendation is to provide clearer checking instructions with relation to the various lock boxes and keys and which belonged to which door. Otherwise great house.

The Crew Goes to Atlanta

We took a group of 13 to Atlanta for a fun filled weekend. We chose this house because it fit our needs for size, location, and price. We had plenty of room to spread out and with two living rooms, the younger group had a place to hang out. The location is great and it didn't take long to get to any of the activities we attended. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we met the neighbor who was nice. The amenities were as listed, they could use a few more coffee cups and glasses, but everything else was available, including 2 regular coffee pots and one K-cup machine (very important when traveling with 13 people, lol). The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, The Crew enjoyed our stay and would book this house again. If you need a place to stay with a large group you can't go wrong with this home.

This location is a gem in the city and is a fantastic pick for a large family wanting to be close to many points of interest. The house has some quirks, however. Firstly, the some doors to rooms do not completely close so there may be a lack of privacy depending on who you travel with. The lights seem retrofitted to the old style of the house making it difficult to tell which switches go to what. Some lights didn’t work when we were there. The digital locks were a bit hard to use and required us to call for assistance at first. The team was responsive and helpful! Unfortunately, the outdoor area is large but mostly unusable and unkempt. We found that staying indoors was more comfortable. The HVAC units are separate so there is the ability to heat/cool various wings of the house, and the separate guest suite is a plus with its very own living room, washer, and kitchenette. I would recommend this property for someone looking for a large and well-located property but if you are looking for a place with amenities on site, it may be underwhelming.
