This BnB was absolutely perfect! It was super clean, smelled amazing, and had everything I needed. The space was cozy and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and smooth I was able to reach them with no problems at all. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place!

Great stay for easy downtown access

The property was modest, not fancy, but very comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The number of bathrooms was a plus for our group! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Very convenient access to downtown and Mercedes stadium.

Homecoming

We stayed at this property for our college homecoming there were several of us coming in from out of town and this home was very accomidating with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms the property very clean and the interior has been updated with new paint and appliances.

The house is nice, it was generally clean. The only thing that wasn’t as clean as we’d like was the floor. It looked clean but our kids’ feet were black at the end of the first night so for the remainder of the stay we kept our socks on. The beds are comfortable and plenty of them! It was also very nice to have so many Roku TVs. Not many cups, plateware, or utensils. Also not much seating in the living room. The street the house is on does have some fast moving traffic especially in the late hours you can here the cars flying past. The house neighboring is boarded up but we still felt safe with the general area. Overall we had a good stay and the host was very kind.

Book it!!!

I want to start off with the property manager. She was very pleasant!! She checked in making sure everything went smoothly and told us to reach out for anything leaving a very welcoming and warm line of communication open. Now the property when we initially entered the community oooou I’m not going to lie I thought “Absolutely not” . I even asked my Uber driver to wait in case I needed to get a hotel. Once I entered I let out a huge sigh of relief! This property looks exactly like the picture and it was very clean! We came to notice during our stay that houses are being built around the corner so it is an up and coming neighborhood which explains why it seemed a little scary at first with some of the houses near by being vacant. This house in my opinion is in the center of everything so my group enjoy led cheap Uber services to every place we went Kroger literally up the street!!! This property is great we are a group of 8 and we had a great time, this house was great, the service was great with the property manager…. BOOK THE TRIP!!! I most definitely will be back!

Not suitable for Large Parties

This was a roller coaster from start to finish. First off, I tried contacting the property owner about two weeks ahead to make sure certain amenities were provided as listed on the listing (they were not). Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to make contact until we were at their doorstep the day of check-in, which made for a very interesting experience. Upon entering the home, there was a vert distinct smell of weed that all 9 of us immediately caught on to. I messaged the host, and a she actually came over to assure that the smell was simply an air freshener, and then proceeded to make a comment about how would I know what weed smells like.. Upon settling in, we found out that none of the beds had comforters, only blankets. There were also no extra towels except for the one that was given to all of us to reuse. Two of our guests had to share a towel as well since the correct number of towels weren’t provided. Naturally, we were trying to save money and decided to do some grocery shopping. I was trying to reach out weeks in advance to make sure there were the proper cookware available to use at the house, but I received no response. Luckily there was enough to make do, but the actual amenities that were provided were very little. We were told that our group of 9 was expected to share 1 paper towel roll, one 2oz bottle of dish soap, and would have to buy our own laundry detergent if washing our clothes was something we wanted.. I would not recommend this house.

Hi Aaron, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Atlanta, Georgia home and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business. - Please accept our apologies about the aroma that was in the house as this hasn't happened before. Upon investigation, we discovered that our cleaners put three different scents throughout the home. This has since been remediated and will not happen in the future. - Please know that my Guest Contact provides a 5-star guest experience, and after speaking with her, we uncovered that it was your co-worker who initiated a joke about the smell of weed. Nevertheless, the Guest Contact extends a sincere apology. - We supply ample towels and wash cloths for guests, but please know that we would have welcomed a call to bring additional towels and items if needed. We also have a washer and dryer for our guests if they need to wash towels, but we do not supply laundry detergent for allergy reasons. - As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience, as mentioned in our Welcome letter. Guests may have to purchase their additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We have a Walmart close by if this needs to be done. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Impressive accommodations and responsive management!

Impressive accommodations and responsive management! When I came to check in I had a question regarding the door locks and the alarm system and the property manager came out to meet me to demonstrate those amenities. She was so inviting and helpful. She even suggested local places to visit and eat as well as other local attractions. We had great communication and her responsiveness helped to set the tone for a great stay. The property was immaculate and you could tell that thought and effort went into making it feel like home. I would definitely recommend booking with her and I fully intend to stay here or at another one of her properties the next time I come to Atlanta!

Nice property, neighborhood otherwise

The property itself was nice, roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood may be up and coming. There were gun shots at night and a car parked on the parking pad each night when we came home. It didn’t appear to be the safest area.

This home was nothing like the post online. We should have canceled and got a full refund. It was in probably the most ghetto part of Atlanta. We heard gun shots the first night. This was not what my family expected for the price we had to pay for this rental.

Nice for large group

There was 10 of us staying here to celebrate my birthday. The house was a great size for a big group and clean. The walls need to be repainted as they were scuffed badly - it would give the home an even cleaner look. They definitely need more trashcans in the home and better towels. The towels appeared to be pretty worn - but they were clean. The neighborhood was not the best (abandoned house next door) and parking wasn’t great, but it was in nice proximity to everything! Parking on the street in front of the house was an option but cars sped up and down the street so it didn’t seem like it was the smartest place to park. There was an issue with the refrigerator not being cold and I ended up having to throw out food :( however the manager did text and send someone over the next morning to try to make it right, so it’s fine I guess. Check in at 5p and check out at 10a should also be reconsidered as well. That’s pretty late and rather early. Overall, decent stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

So when I got to the property the alarm code had been changed without notification. There were no pots or even an iron. I have no problem with that but renters should be made aware of that. The walls in the house are scuffed and there is a stain on the floor in the king master bedroom, and let’s not talk about the linen and towels...overall we had a great time because we were together but I won’t be renting again.. definitely not worth the money

What you see is what you get

I enjoyed the stay. The toilets kept running. But we shook the handles after every use. They need more pots ,pans, and blankets. The home was nice and decorated. I felt comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I would stay again.
