The home features a huge patio off of the living room with ample seating for up to 12 people and great ambient lighting at night. Perfect for grilling with friends. The renovated kitchen features All-Clad cookware and is outfitted to cook even the most gourmet of meals without purchasing any cookware. Additionally, it features a huge garage which guests have access to for parking up to two cars. In the garage area is a large room with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for guests to enjoy at the beach. Additionally, guests may purchase access to the amenities at the Dunes which include pool, social, tennis, and pickle ball. The golf course is publicly accessible for a fee. Please note that while this townhome boasts over 1,500 square feet of living space, it is attached on one side to an identical townhome and considered a duplex. The attached townhome has absolutely no access or shared amenities/spaces to this property. They simply share an external wall.
