The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. The grass hadnât been mowed in quite some time when we arrived Thursday evening. It did get mowed at some point Friday while we were out. A lot of construction trash under the deck (there were boards up to attempt to hide the trash). Overall quality and appearance of the rental I say is below average. On a good note: the rental was clean and the host was responsive. To be honest, I did not complain to the host. The property is what it is, they cannot fix what complaints I had in a short amount of time. We just made the best of it and ended up leaving a day early.
