This beautiful home has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking a 16’ by 9’ in deck pool. You can see up and down the beach with the large extended deck. Granite countertops and beautiful décor are spread through the house. The Main Living Room located on the 1st floor has a 70" TV and a super large, comfortable U-Shaped couch. The spacious kitchen is just off the Living Room and is well well-furnished with a large 9.5’' X 40" Oak Custom Built dining table that easily seats 10 guests. Large Double refrigerators and a state of the art stove and microwave compliment the large Granite island with an additional (6) bar stool seating. There is another table behind the sectional that seats five more. There are two master bedrooms upstairs overlooking the upper deck and an additional (2) large bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. Downstairs we have four bedrooms on the main level, and an additional bunkroom for the kids. Three of the bedrooms downstairs have king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one full sized bed. A full "Jack and Jill" bath separates two of the bedrooms and there is a separate full-bath downstairs. Each of the master bedrooms upstairs have spectacular views of the coast line and each have king-sized bed and large full baths. The custom bunk room with four custom sets of bunks is a great place for kids and it has a large full bath. You will enjoy being outside with plenty of deck chairs and a picnic table.
