Home located on the best side of Bolivar Peninsula that is not heavily populated or crowded! We have room for everyone whether it’s your whole family a retreat or corporate event! There are six rooms with king beds 5 of them are master suites with a bathroom attached, and 2 bunk rooms, 3 balcony’s and direct access to the beach! Enjoy all the amenities of home in the comfort of this beach house.

Our stay at this place was just perfect. It accommodated all 23 members of our family comfortably and made for a great destination Christmas retreat... We loved everything about this place and have contemplated coming back in the summertime to have some ocean water time for the kids. They got to get their feet in the water because the temperature was perfect for that. We especially loved the many bathrooms and the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Thanks for allowing us this opportunity.

Family Thanksgiving

Had a lovely time and the house accommodated our family so well. So amazing and easy being so close to the beach. Kids had a great time and we would definitely recommend if you want a lovely house furnished with all the necessities !

Family Beach Getaway

Very nice house and amazing views of the beach and ocean. Was not crowded at all - and most days we were pretty much the only people on the beach. The host has definitely thought of everything! Can't wait to come back again.

This house has been by far the best one we've stayed at. It is so spacious and it is equiped with everything.we even have beds left without use and our family is pretty big. Communication with Natalie is amazing, feels like Ive known her for years. Shes so attentive and nice. She makes changes to the home to improve. For emaple she added 2 little beds to the room on the third floor and this was such a blessing, my little kids were able to sleep there! Thank you so much Natalie this home is a blessing to my family

Beautiful House with Great Location

This home is just beautiful and it had everything we ever needed and more. They also had beach chairs and sand toys for us to use. The location was amazing! It was really right on the beach! My parents were with us and they could make the walk to the beach everyday with ease. We loved this house so much!

Family getaway

We took a family trip to celebrate a wedding nearby and it was the perfect location! Not only was the scenery beautiful but the house itself was maintained extremely well. One of the cleanest stays I’ve had in a long time and communication with Natalie went very smooth. She was always ready to help and helped us solve any WiFi problems. It fit 8 adult couples comfortably as well! Would 100% stay here again

Great Place for larger groups

The bedrooms just keep showing up! The house is right on the beach with plenty of room. The kitchen was well furnished with 2 refrigerators, silverware, plates, etc. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing to have as well. I will be booking again the next time we need to put up a large group of family & friends.

Amazing!

We were a group of 7 girlfriends staying for a long weekend. The property was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and only 2 had to share a bathroom. The house is well equipped inside and out. There is beach gear available including chairs, umbrellas, toys, and everything you might need in the kitchen. They even had a karaoke machine! We truly had the best time, despite the cold weather. We even had a campfire on the beach. Lovely house, lovely weekend!! We will most definitely consider coming back again.

Great first row beachfront home with beautiful views from the deck and two side balconies. Nice beach out front with lots of rooms for golf cart, tent and chairs. Very low traffic part of Bolivar Peninsula about a mile before Rollover Pass. Beautifully, tastefully furnished inside. Only drawback is Highway 87 is right on the backside of the house so there is some traffic noise in some of the bedrooms. Also there is not a door in the bunkroom with the blue and white bedspreads. Three other rooms have to walk through this room to get to the stairs so really it is more of a game room with a ping pong table and three bunk beds than a true bedroom. This is okay for kids, but not for adults wanting any privacy. The other seven bedrooms are all fine especially the beautiful third floor loft which was worth the stairs. Natalie the owner/hostess was amazing and always got back with an answer or solution quickly. I would recommend this gorgeous home.

Amazing Beach Front

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Seaside Sanctuary. The Hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They quickly answered any questions we had or needed. The rental process was so quick and easy. The hostess helped us with local information and links to see the activities in the area. All amenities we needed were there. It has Spectacular ocean views from the top floor, dinning area and a great outdoor patios. The beach itself was peaceful and we felt very safe. We truly enjoyed the ocean and loved our entire stay. Every bedroom is uniquely decorated. So comfortable made me feel at home. The best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Luxurious yet comfy. We will make this a yearly family affair for sure. I liked this time of year, weather was perfect for us.

Best house we've ever had

It has become a tradition for my family to do a yearly weekend at the beach we have come across many homes but this house is by far the best one. Communication with Natalie was great. House was so spacious, clean, AC works great, water doesnt have a nasty smell. Anything we forgot this house had. You can tell Natalie and her husband actually care about their guests experience. I will definitely be booking in the future. The only thing I can complain about is the beach; it was a little dirty there was some type of black material in the sand/beach so we had to move up a little. There was alot of jelly fish but its not like Natalie has control over this. Also the house moves.

The Seaside Sanctuary was absolutely perfect!

I recently stayed at the Seaside Sanctuary. As soon as you enter the house, you're greeted with beautiful decor that truly makes it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. If you're looking for a place to relax and feel pampered, this is it. The furnishings were elegant, cozy, and plentiful enough to accommodate large groups. Plus, the location right on the beach provided breathtaking views. I've stayed in rentals all over the world, and this is easily one of my new favorites. Michael and Natalie have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The house can comfortably sleep up to 28 people, with ample seating for meals. The two refrigerators were particularly impressive - they easily stored all the food we needed to feed our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room had a ceiling fan to keep things cool. They even had extra fans available in the closets for those who needed them. Plus, the house had a highchair and other baby gear, as well as a dog gate to block off the stairs. Hooks on the back of every door made it easy to hang up towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook a lavish meal. The real highlight for us was the variety of beach gear available for use. Chairs, wagons, boogie boards, umbrellas - they had it all. The outdoor areas were perfect for cooking out or enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in the ocean views. We are already planning on making the Seaside Sanctuary an annual trip.
