● NO events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home. PRE-APPROVED small gatherings under 10 people are okay, but NO PARTIES!. Booking Policy include serious consequences for guests who attempt to violate these rules, varying from account suspension to full removal from the platform. In 2021, over 6,600 guests were suspended from the platform for attempting to violate their party ban.•
