Cleveland Townhome

The check in process was very easy. The townhome was clean and we could tell the owner tried hard to make it a beautiful place. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager. We had plenty of space and the location was good for us. It is I. An older section on the east side of Cleveland. The neighborhood was a little run down, but the people did have pride in their neighborhood. The beds were comfy. I would have liked curtains on the bedroom windows as I need more darkness for sleeping. Overall, I would recommend this townhome.

We did not stay at this rental. The place was horrible! It had the most horrendous cigarette smell. It hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Baseboards were very dusty, stairs were full of lint dust and hair. The ceiling fans had inches of dust that hadn’t been cleaned in months. The closet door was off, the bannister was broken off and laying on stairs. The “half bath” was down in the basement that was full of construction supplies. The “fenced in yard” was literally a 10x10 patio area, with run down furniture and weeds.The neighborhood was very very unsafe and neglected. Was literally a block away from public housing. The unit next door had a bullet hole in the window and the whole area seemed very unsafe. Would never ever recommend this to anyone.

Weekend Trip

We spent a long weekend at this location and had no issues. The property was clean. The location was convenient for what we needed. Overall happy with our stay and communication from the host.

Abhorrent to say the least

Was in town overnight for an event at the Agora theatre. Door code was to be sent over at 4pm for check-in, didn’t seem strange to me since that was the time listed, we pulled up around five and it still had not been sent. As we were in the only open parking spot trying to contact the non communicating host, the neighbors opened their doors and gave us despise eyes- the one that opened a bottle of Corona on the door jam while maintaining eye contact was especially welcoming. The “host” wouldn’t answer any calls or messages from us or VRBO. We had to go find a hotel and nearly missed our event due to the blatant disregard of our time or convenience. The “host” Tanisha finally called later- because she had a missed call- not knowing it was the person she just screwed over- lied and said she sent it the night before, and offered no apologies. Classless, rude, and ridiculous. Thankfully VRBO refunded me. I’ve always had great experiences using VRBO and will continue using them. This property however, will not be in my repertoire.

Location not the best.

Very clean, lots of space. The beds were comfortable. Everything you could need is on-site besides food, drinks, etc. Not in the best location in my opinion. Other than the location, everything was great.

I would recommend this property. Everything was exactly as pictured and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and overall a nice place! The host helped me out with an issue I had with and was very fast with communication. I would stay here again

Close to downtown

Nice place for a short trip. The neighborhood was ok and quiet. We could hear the neighbors through the walls but that’s to be expected in a townhome. Everything was clean. Nothing extra with this unit so make sure you bring things like coffee! Overall clean, comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful and great location!

Very nice place for a stay. Quiet neighborhood overall. A few more toiletries would have been nice, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

House was clean and welcoming. The parking was a bit to be desired. Had to grab a free spot. The neighbor extra loud at 6am waking yelling and banging on wall at someone in house.

Property worked for what we needed

The property was clean and easy to locate. The neighborhood was questionable. When we pulled in there were a group of girls walking trying to open up car doors. Property has a self locking door. Beds were comfortable with large TVs in every room. Inside was cute and homey.
