We were surprised to hear about the hot-water issue, as this is the first report we have received of this problem, and we wish we had known about it during your stay so we could have addressed it immediately. The home is served by a deep, professionally filtered well with excellent pressure. With a home of this size, it is possible that unusually heavy simultaneous water usage—such as multiple showers along with appliances—could temporarily affect the system, but we will certainly have everything checked to ensure it is operating properly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses. They are only two years old and in very good condition, although we understand that mattress firmness and comfort can be very subjective from one guest to another. Thank you for staying with us. We would like to know more about the beds. What do you mean by "not even or too hard"? The bed frame? The mattresses? The beds and mattresses are less than 2 years old. If you could message us with more information, that would be great! Thank you!

Thank you for choosing our cabin. The indoor pool is heated to 84*. That is the best temperature for the indoor pool room to stay regulated and prevent mold and mildew from forming inside.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that a few issues affected your stay, and we would like to clarify how they were addressed. The electrical issue was reported to us on the 2nd night of your stay and involved two outlets, rather than a loss of power to the bedrooms. We immediately attempted to troubleshoot the issue with you by walking through resetting the GFCI outlets and breakers so that we could hopefully restore power that evening. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. Because the following day was Sunday, we were unable to get an electrician to the cabin before your Monday morning checkout. We arranged for the issue to be addressed as soon as service was available. Regarding the theater room, we discovered that the Roku cord had been bent tightly against the wall and was no longer functioning properly. That cord has since been replaced. We also take cleanliness and hot-tub sanitation very seriously. Our professional cleaning team cleans and services the hot tub between every reservation, and we receive a documented report following each turnover, including the condition of the hot-tub area and sanitation readings. The report completed immediately before this stay showed the hot tub and surrounding area clean and free of debris. We are sorry that our questions were interpreted as suggesting that your concerns were not believed. That was not our intention. When we asked you to check the GFCI outlets and breaker panel, we were simply trying to troubleshoot.
