The views were amazing!!! The owners were helpful and good with contacting through text. They even went and checked on something for us while we were at Dollywood.

Family vacay

Fantastic time for 16 family members. Tons of things for all the kids as well as the adults! We LOVED the theater room. So much space for everyone to be comfortable. Beautiful view, wonderful home!

Great house and wonderful views.

The house is lovely with wonderful amenities. The kids loved the games, theater room, and indoor pool. These came in handy for the one day that was rainy. There is a ramp that is in the front closet that you can set up for the couple of steps you have at the front door. Just a fyi if you have someone with bad knees don't have them sit on the couch. It is a comfortable couch but low to the geound so harder for that person to get up without assistance. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

Fantastic family vacation

Our family of 15 (8 adults, teens, elementary school age, and 1 year old) stayed here for our Pigeon Forge vacation. We loved everything about this home-the elevator for grandparents, the hot tub, the pool, the theater room, the ice machine, the views, the fire pit…we took advantage of all the amenities! It was a great week and we were close to all the action of Dollywood, mountain coasters, and other tourist spots and also close to trails and Cades Cove.

Great location, beautiful scenery, quiet, lots of space, fun for the hole family

We had a Large group- ages ranging from 5-63. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids loved the pool room and the adults loved the hot tub just as much. The arcade games were a hit and the theater room was comfy cozy! There were enough bathrooms in the house that no one was waiting in line. And dishes galore! The huge island made Mel prepping and eating together a breeze there was room for all Of us to sit and enjoy a meal together. I can not say enough great things about this house! I can’t leave out the elevator either! This was an amazing feature especially for moving luggage up and down levels. No lugging up the stairs! BOOK this house!!! YOU WONT BE DISSAPPONTED!

Beautiful house!

This house was amazing for our family Christmas weekend. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and theater/game room so much and it accommodated our group of 10 wonderfully. We loved this area as the neighborhood is beautiful and it is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Great place and the management was very responsive and friendly!

Great Spot for a Staycation

Very clean and very large property that ticks all the boxes. Lots of different things to do, along with a nicely equipped kitchen. The chewy ice makers were a hit as well. Only oddity is that you must walk out the front door to reach the movie theater space. Would definitely stay again!

Smoky Mountain "Masterpiece"

As the name implies, this property was indeed a Masterpiece!! We were in awe from the moment we arrived and entered the home, until the time we left. The advertisement pictures were an understatement to what the home actually provided in person. The layout, amenities, cleanliness, and modern kitchen (our favorite) were all top notch. There was something enjoyable for everyone across all age ranges. Our objective for this trip was to create lifetime memories and bond more as a family. This property and the management staff enabled us to exceed our expectations. We would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" for your prompt communications, clear instructions, and overall experience! We all look forward to future experiences here and other properties. Perfect space with lots of common areas

We had a group of 4 families, covering elementary school children to grandparents. This house was great. There were lots of common areas for us to spread out and even an elevator to help those that needed it to get between the floors faster. One downside, that I didn’t realize prior to arriving is that the movie room and pool are in an adjacent building. Still part of the property and private to the renter, but you have to go outside to access them. We also had a problem with ladybugs in the house. Idk if it was the time of year, weather or what, but we didn’t want the house sprayed or treated while we were there so there wasn’t much that could be done, although the owners were kind enough to have someone come vacuum them up for us after a couple days. The location was great, just be prepared for steep roads and a 20-25m drive to about anywhere in Seiverville/Pigeon Forge due to the mountain location….but the views are worth it!

Relaxing mountain retreat

Stayed in Tennessee because of a sporting event. Intended to host my parents and in-laws as well. Space was very well appointed and served our family well. My daughter is in a wheelchair; so elevator was very important. We enjoyed all of the homes amenities. Would love to return.

Family vacation for 11

This house was everything and more! We were there for a family vacation and it had all the amenities you could ask for and close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The kids loved the theatre, hot tub and pool. It is fully handicapped accessible so whether you have a wheelchair, walker or scooter this house could work for you. Note there are ramps in the hall closet to get you up the two stairs into the house.

Incredible view!

Large and clean. Our group was all seniors and we wish there had been some grab bars in the showers along with a few side tables next to the comfy chairs on the back porch. Enjoyed the pool. Pool and theater room are actually in the garage. We enjoyed our stay but the house was definitely targeting a younger demographic.

Beautiful Mountain Vacation

We brought our entire family out to this beautiful property for a few days and were very happy with our stay! The area is beautiful, the scenery from the back deck is gorgeous, and the house itself is chock full of amenities and fun things to do. The main area is extremely spacious and well appointed, the furniture and appliances are all in great shape, and the bedrooms are beautiful and huge. Almost everywhere you look there are cool things to do, from video games to TVs to the movie room in the garage area. The indoor pool was a huge treat for the kids as well, and was a beautiful place to spend time. The kids room with bunk beds was also large and spacious, the bunk beds were brand new and in great shape, and the kids had a great time. Overall this was a wonderful stay, exactly as advertised. I have not been to a rental with as many unique things to do as this one had - we were very happy and would recommend it highly.
