The Space:
This cabin, just 30 mins away from Asheville, has EVERYTHING you need for a fun getaway to the mountains!
Take in the views off the 2 decks while sitting in the hot tub, rocking chair, or at the picnic table. Your cabin has 3 levels and can sleep up to 14 people.

The ground level floor contains a large kitchen which is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and includes an ice cream maker and popcorn maker. You will find dining space and family gathering area in the large living room with cathedral ceilings, boasting a fireplace and 50 in. ROKU TV, one of 6 TVs in your cabin. Also on this level is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and en-suite full bathroom.

From the living room, double doors lead you out to one of your decks with grill, chairs, and picnic tables for outside dining, taking in the views.
The lower level is the entertainment floor, containing a fireplace, 50 in. ROKU TV, pool table, and Pac man as well as table games. Also, there is a wet bar and entrance to another bedroom containing a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Through double doors, there is another deck with chairs, swings, and your hot tub for those starry nights. We also have an ice cream maker and popcorn.


Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, ROKU TV and a full bathroom.

You can enjoy all this with your pets and enjoy wifi, high-speed internet. During snow season, a 4-wheel drive is recommended, even though the road up is cleared of snow several times a day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet)

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
