This classic home in a stunning vineyard setting combines with excellent hospitality to put this new vacation rental at the top of your list for a quality, relaxing stay in the Templeton/Paso Robles area. This three-story beauty provides a full bathroom on each level of the home, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The third floor offers one bedroom with two twin beds and a large queen suite with two queen beds and a large sitting area with a game or work table. For an extra bonus, enjoy the comfortable bed on the fully screened porch! Evening fun is found around the outdoor fire pit with lots of guest seating provided. After your day spent discovering wineries nearby and venturing out for boutiques and restaurants in both Templeton and Paso Robles, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up in front of two wood-burning stoves in the home. Comfort and quality are keynotes in this spacious vineyard-based home. Enjoy private walks on the tree-lined road through the vineyard and bring your bikes for rural rides. TOT#6010666 ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Great Location near winery's event centers, house is really old but re-done nicely has a lot of charm. outside sitting area's were great for morning coffee. only thing that would be nice is a little more firewood.

Beautiful property! The photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect place to host a relaxing bachelorette weekend in wine country. The property manager was very responsive and shared great local recommendations for our stay. Would love to stay again.

10 of us ladies stayed there for a wine country visit from Minnesota. We cooked dinner a couple times and had breakfast there every morning, used the hot tub, hung out on the patios, walked in the vineyards. We had some pomegranate from the trees, watched deer walk right up to the house and a skunk even wandered through. This was the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed and with the next opportunity, we will be back!

Great Stay on the vineyard

The setting and house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group of 7. It is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay for a long weekend.

Well maintained, cozy beds, great hot tub, clean, nice decor, many areas for cozy conversation, the children absolutely loved exploring the outside areas and picked a few pomegranates, kitchen had all that we needed, including linens / placemats / flower vases / blender / salad spinner / everything for baking / especially good coffee, view views views plus wildlife - overall inviting relaxing environment perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. Be aware that access to 5th bedroom (has twin beds) is through the 4th bedroom. So the top level of home is best for one large family as 5th bedroom is not so private. We enjoyed the Christmas celebration and the escape room at the Santa Margarita Ranch and bike riding - great pump track at the park in Los Robles. The house was really the best place to relax and enjoy our family. Peace and quiet neighborhood Thank you!

Wine Weekend

We were a group of 10 friends who were visiting the area for a few days of winetasting. What a surprise when we arrived to a most beautiful setting to a house that is beyond words! We were a large group but very comfortable in the several seating areas and very grateful for a dining room that seated all 10 of us. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, as were the beds. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of this house!

It is a wonderful retreat beyond our expectations!

The house is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We did not expect that we have two different outdoor seating area and the location was beyond our expectations. The first day we arrived on a clear day and the sun was setting just right in the back of the house. The view was breathtaking!

Beautiful Farmhouse Sanctuary

Judi’s property is stunning and spacious, and she was a joy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a team of seven staying for work, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The front and back patios are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Watching the sunset over the vineyard from the jacuzzi is a dream. After seven days we didn’t want to leave.

Cozy and Quaint

Tons of space for a large group with multiple beds and seating areas. The views of the sunrise were gorgeous alongside the beautiful property and vineyard view. The coffee and kitchen set up had everything we needed for the weekend getaway. A little off the beaten path but not too far from the areas we wanted to visit. It's a bit older property, the shower heads definitely need to be updated to help with spray, etc. and there aren't screens on the windows so we didn't open them as much as we would have liked but otherwise overall had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday with the family at this beautiful property. The house is cozy and has all the standard amenities that one can expect in a rental home. Our group's age ranged from the youngest being 3 to the oldest member being 70 and we all had a great time. There's enough paved pathway for walks within the property, a nice hot tub and a grassy area for yard games. We also appreciated the water filter, huge stock of coffee & tea, water cooler, plenty of fire wood, board games, clean dishes & utensils, towels and bathroom toiletries. It all added to a comfortable stay for all of us. Thank you for hosting us!

Reviewer Comments: 9 of us friends gathered here for our annual girls weekend and it was really an ideal home for our needs - ample rooms to hand out and gather in and nice outdoor spaces as well, all very private and with beautiful surroundings. One in our group even slept peacefully on the bed on the enclosed porch outside.Beds were comfortable and AC was a big bonus during our visit. 3 bathrooms were adequate overall, but renters should be aware there are only 2 showers.We did have a few issues getting into the property but the owner was readily available and quick to help.
