Nestled on 10 sprawling acres, this haven is a mere 15 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles, less than one hour to the beach cities like Morro Bay, San Simeon, and Cambria, and conveniently close to a plethora of renowned wineries. The heart of this retreat is a chef's kitchen replete with modern appliances, an inviting eat-in island, a formal dining room, a generous family room, and a convenient laundry space. Each tastefully decorated bedroom features a Smart TV, ample closet space, and picturesque views of the rolling hills. The master bedroom is a sanctuary with its own private deck, perfect for witnessing breathtaking sunsets year-round. Spread across 2,650 square feet, The Shire seamlessly blends old-world charm, chic farmhouse aesthetics, and contemporary amenities. Crafted with precision, this designer dwelling showcases unique features like pre-Civil War reclaimed wood beams, antique accents, and a harmonious blend of vintage and modern elements. For family gatherings and celebrations, The Shire has an additional treat in store – The Little Shire, a two-story children's playhouse complete with a mini kitchen and dinette. Adjacent to the backyard, this charming space offers young ones a world of fun while adults engage in games like cornhole on the custom-made set.

Amenities abound at The Shire, including an Italian-style oven/range, custom coffee and wine bars, a spacious dining area with a bespoke table, and a laundry room equipped with double washer and dryer units. Each bedroom is furnished with a Smart TV, luggage racks, and for families with young children, high chair and pack n' play are available upon request at no additional cost.
