Beach Villa in New Smyrna Beach, FL is on beach side, directly across the street from the no drive beach and is just a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.
The newly updated Beach Villa is located in the popular Sea Woods community and offers lots of great amenities including, 3 private Pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 large pools, a club house, fitness center, sauna and shuffleboard.
This large, first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 and has everything you need for a fun beach getaway, just bring your toothbrush and sunscreen! After a day at the beach, relax and enjoy our brand new furniture or have a cocktail in the screened in patio. We provide a washer and dryer in the unit along with a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress an a 50" big screen TV with 350 channels and streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig for your morning coffee. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs for your use. There is even a desk if you’d like to work remotely and free Wi-Fi.

Make meals at home or walk to nearby restaurants. Beach Villa is a 5 minute drive to the popular Flagler Avenue known for its exquisite and casual dining options, antique shopping, plus lots of art dealers and specialty shops. Our condo is perfect for families, a girls trip or anyone wanting to experience the beach life.

Beach Getaway.

My wife and I had been needing time away from the hustle and bustle of family life. This was just the place to slow down and focus on each other. The condo had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The bedroom has plenty of space even with a king bed that was very comfortable. There’s a comfortable couch in the living area to unwind and relax on in the evening. The only thing we didn’t find was an iron and ironing board but, we were on vacation so no need to worry about a few wrinkles. We’re beach lovers so the location was great! A quick walk and we were on the sand. A short drive from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants to choose from for evenings out. As well as, being really close to Canaveral National Seashore and it’s untouched beaches, dunes, and wildlife. We will definitely be back!

Great lil getaway

The condo is large and spacious, with a fully stocked up kitchen, including the all important wine key. There is a keurig with pods and cream as well a lil basket of snacks. The couch is comfortable but the bed is even better. It has a cute lil screened porch with a take and chairs to enjoy morning coffee. There is also a extra vanity with sink in the walk through with the closet, made it easy for hubby and I to get ready at the same time. It is a short walk to the pool and clubhouse, and right across is the path to walk to the main road, with crossing and beach access right there. It's an ideal place for a couple to get away for a beach weekend and Donna was extremely helpful, prompt with responses and very nice. 2 caviots it's a condo so you are going to hear other people, just like a hotel. The shower, water pressure is great, temp was warm, totally okay for summer, but the shower head does not tilt, the arm isn't long and there is a shelf for the squigy right there. So when i turned around I'd hit my biceps, my husband had to duck at 6'1" and kept hitting his ribs. Easy fix new shower head. We would definitely stay again.
