Cozy spot

The place is compact, perfect for two people, The updatesthey made to the interior are all top notch. The pool is very nice and right outside the sliding doors. It even has a washer and dryer.We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful time

Have stayed at CBC many times and this was by far our best visit. As always everyone we met there along with the staff were friendly and helpful in all respects. We Will be back next year for our 53rd anniversary

Perfect vacation spot

We just spent a lovely 2 weeks in your condo and now consider this to be our home-away-from-home in NSB! Thanks so much for sharing your condo and thanks for the certificates to C's Waffles....a great place to eat breakfast & lunch! Our plans are to return next year and hopefully for longer than 2 weeks!

Great week by the ocean,

Chris, I was your condo from 3/12 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo is more than well equipped and being a NSB resident in between building my new home I must admit that I really enjoyed the no drive beach. Would recommend your unit to anyone. I enjoyed my tw week stay.

Vacation NSB

My sister and I stayed the week of 3/5-12. We found the condo clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the beach and loved the fact that it was almost right outside the door. We could not have been in a better condo or location.

TWO WEEK ESCAPE

We enjoyed our 16 days in your condo. We liked all the thoughtful interior decorating. Especially liked the kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We felt at home , and really loved watching the sunrise every morning, and our morning walk on the beach. We hope to come again.

Wonderful condo to spend your vacation.

It is beautifully decorated and clean....like a home away from home! It is close to the pool and the beach. The condo is furnished with everything you need, from kitchen, bedroom, bath and yes even laundry and beach supplies. It is easy to get to eating venues, grocery stores and lots of entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Dick & Charlotte

The owners of this Colony Beach Club condo have provided a “home away from home” very comfortable atmosphere. They are very helpful with all requests as well. Condo complex location in NSB is prime w many sights & services very accessible. If you’re looking for a one BR condo look no further...open the door, drop your bags, get ready for the beach lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - in spite of the weather not cooperating 100% with sun on the beach. If you’re looking for a one bedroom I would highly recommend 119 .

A great home away from home!

What a wonderful place to spend a week at NSB! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The patio and viewing deck were wonderful spots to sit and enjoy the sun, pool, beach and ocean! The owners and staff at Colony Beach Club all made us feel welcome and I'm sure would have been available if we needed them, but everything was so perfect, there was no need to ask for anything. Everything you need, you will find here. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely beach home!

4th of July Vacation

This rental property provided the ideal vacation spot for our week at New Smyrna Beach. The condo is beautiful and makes great use of space. The owners have thought of every detail and comfort. You are right outside the pool and a short walk to the ocean. The property is well maintained and staff was very friendly. We were very impressed with the ease in booking the property and the communication with the owner. We will definitely be back to rent this property again!

Comforts of home

I absolutely loved my stay at the condo, it was perfect. Nice and quiet, very relaxing!!! All the comforts of home plus brand new kitchen appliances. I loved the renovations that have been done. Didn't get time to get into the pool, but hopefully will next year. Thank you so much for opening your home and hope to be back again next year!!

Lovely

We very much enjoyed our two week stay at the Colony Beach Club. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Having the beautiful white beach in our backyard made for wonderful walks at sunrise and throughout the day till sunset. The condo is convenient for being able to swim in the heated pool and having the opportunity to socialize with friendly people. We felt safe and relaxed in the homey environment of Colony Beach Club. Thank you Chris for sharing your attractive condo with us.

Updated condo right next to pool and path to beach

Nicely updated. Best stocked condo I’ve even stayed in. Even zip lock bags, a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and anything else you would have at home. Location is great next to the pool and easy access to the beach. The provided beach towels were white towels for the bathroom so I was leary about using them at the beach. The only real con- the a/c will not cool below 75. One night it got down to 74 after about 12 hrs but other than that it stayed at 75-76. I would definitely return to this condo if there was confirmation of that being resolved.

Clean, comfortable space with everything you need! Steps from a beautiful, long beach for walking or watching the sunset. Cute patio area to have coffee and steps from pool (which was clean and lovely!). Super close to town/shops etc. A great long weekend!
