** Beautiful views and the perfect beach spot**We had a wonderful stay at Marbella West! The ocean view was breathtaking, and being right on the beach in Isla Verde made every day feel like a vacation. We loved being able to walk straight out to the sand.The condo is a little dated and could benefit from some updates. The bathroom sink is quite large, so there isn't much room for toiletries. These were small things, though, and didn't take away from a great trip.Thank you for sharing your place with us! We'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for an unbeatable beach location.

Great location right on the beach and close to a variety of good restaurants. Wonderful views from the balcony. Had everything we needed, was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend. Goodbye PR, we will be back soon!

Upon arrival there was no check in info all the way to the condo! Had to call the host and the front desk called also. After 10 minutes he called back and gave us the information. We have never had this happen to us in pr! We have always had our check in codes or keys which has been overnighted to us before.The room was clean for the most part, the floors were dirty as we noticed our feet was black on the bottom. The sofa was just a large couch no sofa bed and there was no extra blanket so we had to give our daughter the blanket off the bed and we kept the sheet. The sink in the bathroom was overly large very shallow so not much countertop space for toiletries and water was slow running down the drain.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As stated in the listing when you booked, this is a privately hosted condo, and check-in is coordinated directly with the host. I requested your arrival time before your stay but did not receive a response. Once we connected by phone, I provided the access information. Communication is key. The concerns about the floors, bedding, and bathroom drainage were not brought to my attention during your stay. Extra linens and blankets could have been provided had you simply asked, and I would have welcomed the opportunity to address the other concerns promptly. Following your departure, housekeeping reported that the condo required considerably more cleaning and attention than is typical after a guest’s stay. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable space and appreciate guests treating it with care and communicating any needs during their visit.

Everything was great, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, great view, very secure, easy access to the beach right down stairs of the condo, Sev was very responsive if you have questions.

Ideal location and apartment

Perfect oceanfront view, condo was clean, modern and owner responded quickly to our questions. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We would definitely stay again!

Well Appointed Unit; Beautiful Beachfront Location

We were fortunate to spend two weeks in San Juan and this unit was the perfect location. Sev was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to returning in 2026!

Beautiful location

First visit to PR and couldnt have picked a better location. Condo was roomy and very nice. Sev was very helpful when we had trouble with entering condo ( our incompetence not his).

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this location. First time in this condo. Very clean, safe, and right on the beach! Pics and description are very accurate. There are beach chairs/umbrella rentals for $20 a day (for 2 chairs) right outside the condo! We will stay here again if/when we return!

Best vacation!

Excellent location! The views are amazing! The condo was stocked with all the essentials. It’s in close proximity to the airport and short drives to all the attractions we visited. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! Sev was great with communication and made check-in a breeze! We will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent Vacation

We always love our vacations in Isla Verde and our stay this year was no different. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo at Marbella del Caribe. The view, the warm clear water, the walks on the beach, and the food in walkable restaurants make this an ideal place to relax. Sev & Fab are wonderful hosts and were very quick to respond to any question that arose. Hope to stay again next year.

Very clean apartment. Just as photo depicts. Love the area. Beautiful residential beach. Will try to get this apartment again when I return. I love Puerto Rico! Definitely NOT a floating island of garbage

Awesome stay! Location was just what we were looking for. Condo was clean and well equipped. Included were some small snacks which were a pleasant surprise. Properly manager/owner was very helpful and obliging with early arrival. Very much appreciated.

Winter getaway Feb 2024

We just returned from a 3 week stay. The condo was wonderful for a couple. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Updated kitchen & bath. The view from the balcony was awesome and of course the weather was wonderful. The owner was quick to handle any issues & questions we had. Can’t wait to go back

Great Stay on the Beach

Sev was very responsive and clear when it came to checking in. He also responded very quickly to any questions and was very helpful. Great location in close proximity to the beach, as well as great food all around the apartment complex. Air conditioning was good, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Amazing view from the deck and the ocean water was a perfect temperature. we spent hours in there! Highly recommend staying here.

Great Honeymoon

There was an unforeseen circumstance at check in that Sev quickly and amicably resolved. We enjoyed the beach, make sure you bring $20 to the beach for the famous rum and sherbet pineapple drink, it was enough for two. The beach side was paradise the street side was busy with lots of restaurants. No car needed, We would go back, great Honeymoon!!
