EMPLACEMENT DU CONDO:

Le condo est situé à Marbella del Caribe, le plus prestigieux condominium en bord de mer de l'avenue Isla Verde. Condo est sur la tour Ouest 'Oeste', la seule tour avec vue imprenable sur la plage. Nous avons payé un prix élevé pour que le condo soit sur la tour ouest, mais cela en valait la peine car cela fait une énorme différence sur la vue, l'intimité et la tranquillité. Être sur la tour ouest vous garantit également absolument aucun bruit des soirées nocturnes tenues sur le toit de l'hôtel Waterclub.

  • 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport avec absolument aucun bruit de l'aéroport ~ 12 $ par taxi
  • Pour louer une voiture pour une journée, il y a une location de voiture Charlie 24h / 24 en face

* Vous ne voudrez pas rester ailleurs et vous devrez ensuite voyager en voiture la nuit, même sur de petites distances, car vous vous retrouvez dans un condo dans une petite rue très calme à proximité, ou de l'autre côté très calme d'Isla Verde ( à côté du Ritz et du Courtyard Marriott). Seuls les condos sur l'avenue Isla Verde. qui sont près de l'Intercontinental et de l'hôtel El San Juan sont ceux que vous pouvez vraiment marcher de / vers à tout moment de la journée ET de la nuit, même avec de jeunes enfants. Cette zone de l'avenue Isla Verde a beaucoup de lumière la nuit, la sécurité et les touristes se promènent en tout temps, mais notre condo est très calme, vous n'entendrez aucun bruit de rue.

ACTIVITÉS DE VOYAGE DE JOUR:

  • Promenez-vous le long de la forêt d'El Yunque, de nombreux sentiers qui vous mènent à de superbes cascades
  • Zoomez sur d'incroyables montagnes tropicales luxuriantes dans des tyroliennes pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux
  • Pagayez à travers les forêts calmes et enchanteresses des îles de mangroves
  • Découvrez l'un des lagons bioluminescents du monde en kayak de nuit ou en bateau électrique

The place was perfect for our last week of honeymoon. We arrived with no entry info or instructions of how to enter the keyless apartment. The VRBO # was no help- 40mins later no response frm 2nd # listed on VRBO. But a person working late for her shift, past 5pm Aug 9th) should receive a raise . She assisted us with a smile. We parked, got in thanks to her!! & will love to return. It was probably a small error on management team.

I stayed with my family from 7/7-7/14This property was everything that it listed! Beautiful place, beautiful view and so much accessibility within the area! The property manager was easily accessible if I had any questions! The space was very cozy and definitely made it hard to leave!10 out of 10!!!

Beautiful location

The location was 5 stars, everything, grocery store, restaurants etc, was within walking distance. The buliding is old and out dated. The condo was not as clean and updated as the photos represented (beware of filters travelers) Couch was not stable, dining room chairs were rusted, washer dryer rusted and missing parts. I almost cut my finger on the dryer door, because a nail was sticking out where the handle once was. Housekeeping is definitely not cleaning properly. Dirt was built up in the corner base boards, and windows were dirty. I have pictures of everything if anyone wants me to share.

Beautiful View

This was our second time to stay at Marabella. First time with Beatrice and her hospitality was great! View is Amazing! Everything you need is on the strip behind the condo. We walked and ubered. Felt completely safe and everyone was super friendly. We’ll be back for #3.

First Time at Marbella

An excellent 8th floor room with a fantastic balcony view of the beach. We didn't have a car, but taxies and Ubers pick up right at the front door of the building lobby. Also quick & easy access to the beach. Owner provided beach chairs. In-room washer & dryer is a big benefit. So is keyless room entry.

Great view

The property was clean. Check in was a little difficult. (Getting into the gate the first time)Location: you’re close to good restaurants and dance clubs if you’re into that. There was a unit down from us playing ridiculous loud music all night and into the morning. That was frustrating. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely location right on the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location could not be better. It's right on the beach and also central to so many things to do in metro San Juan. We spent so much time out on the balcony watching the ocean. Beatrice was very organized sending us check-in info and kept in touch once we got there. The condo was clean and comfortable. We hope we can stay again!

Great Condo building & location

This is our 3rd year staying in the Mirabella del Caribe building. We like the west building the best. This condo was really nice - really liked the kitchen set up and having a washer/dryer in the unit. The view was great from the bedroom and balcony, and it was nice having a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The area is easy to get around without a car and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And we love the casino at the Fairmont / ESJ!

Perfect location

Perfect location Well equipped kitchen - pots and pans and appliances etc Amazing views of the ocean Secure building Building kept clean Checking in and out was easy Nice beach Beach chairs and cooler was great AC works well. Place was nice and cool. Hot water doesn’t run out for showering. Water pressure great. Cons The washing machine is too loud. You can’t run it while you’re asleep. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint Some of the furniture could be replaced like the dresser and patio table which is rusting from the salty air. Probably would be better to replace the rusty cots and just get a queen sized pull out sofa. The door opening and closing is very loud. The one issue I had with the refrigerator was handled the same day.

Would do it again!

The view!! Being able to see the sunrise and sunset was the highlight of my trip! Having my cup of coffee on the balcony and admiring the view was so relaxing. A few bumps initially but management and owner addressed immediately! Would definitely recommend and probably book again in the near future. Thank you Beatrice!!

Boyd and I had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo!! The views were to Die for!! For our 1st visit we didn’t know what to expect but all and all it far exceeded our expectations! Beatrice answered a couple of questions I had in record time! I felt safe, very secure building and everyone at the condo was so friendly, helpful!! I just can’t say enough and we will be back soon!! Only suggestion is make sure key fab is put on a wrist bracelet, one was but we almost lost the second!! Also you might want to check front door for it slammed closed, very loud! These are such minor issues and in No way affected our stay! We just arrived home and I miss your place already!! Thank you for sharing your paradise!!!

Wonderful view, steps from an amazing beach. They have a outdoor shower, pool, basketball court and tennis court. Good value. The building is older. The furniture is functional, the bed is comfortable. The building is quiet (this is a beach side unit). Bring an sleeping eye mask, the curtains do not block out all of the Puerto Rico sun. Visit Puerto Rico - its amazing.

1st time in PR with a wonderful view

Our favorite part was the view from the balcony! It was a quiet area with very nice and helpful property workers. We walked a lot to the businesses close by. We also liked how there was toys & toiletries left by previous guests if we wanted to use them!

This was a great spot! Close to everything and fantastic beach. We were so impressed that the city was cleaning up all the beaches every morning. Id say that adding a safe and extra towels for the beach, and also for cleaning, would be appreciated. The roll away bed was also very nice for our 7 year old. It was comfortable and clean. The area was perfect. It was our first time using uber and it was great! Very user friendly anywhere you are.

Beautiful View

We loved being on the beach, waking up and sitting on the balcony every day and the convenience of many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Checking in is a bit of a hassle and the alloted parking spot is a little tough getting into. You can definitely hear the airplanes starting around 3 a.m which the description says you don't hear them at all. Not to much later, around 6.m people come to work out on the beach so you will hear them also. We did love opening the sliding doors and enjoying the breeze. The a/c has a musty basement smell any time it's turned on. The king size bed isn't comfortable. The connection with the t.v in the livingroom isn't great. It was nice having a washer and dryer but the condo gets hot with the dryer is on and with the smell of the a/c I didn't want to have it on much. The shower has hardly any water pressure and the way it's set up the floor gets soaked. Water doesn't get to warm either. Although there was a few things that can be fixed we didn't reach out to the host only because we felt these issues couldn't have been resolved in the period of time we were there. However we did have to reach out in the beginning for check in and everything was pleasant.

We had such a great time at Beatrice’s condo! The condo is immaculate! The location is perfect!! The pool was great! And the views from the condo are to die for! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful location

Stayed here for 1 week with my husband and and 2 kids. The location was amazing, plenty of shops/restaurants In walking distance. Just 8 minutes from the airport, can’t beat that! The view from the condo was breathtaking. Working with Beatrice was top notch, I highly recommend staying.
