Kayak, SUP board, or stroll on the pebble beach. At low tide, you can even walk out to the coral reef! For surfers, the town's best surf spot is right in front of the house. Warm up in the sauna afterward or watch the action from the deck.

Property is a side by side duplex; guests may be in neighbouring side which is a completely separate home. Each home is very private with their own separate entrances and amenities. The home was renovated for maximum sound proofing between both sides and the outdoors. This unit is the primary residence of homeowners but available while they are traveling.
NOTES:
There are external cameras on the property for security purposes. Each home has a ring door bell camera as well as a roof camera that shows only parking lot and larger backyard area. It is triggered by motion and sends short clips. Cameras are only on the exterior.
Cancellation fee of 8% applies to cancellations to cover admin and payment processing fees that we are charged.
This property uses noise aware - Noise aware is a privacy safe, smart home device, that measures noise levels during what is considered quiet times. This is NOT a recording device nor does it have the capacity to transmit audio- it works solely based on measuring "decibels". The main purpose is to prevent parties.
Please note that a signed rental agreement is required as well as a check-in form with an uploaded copy of government issued ID that matches the booker. This is to prevent fraud and security issues.
Please respect privacy of neighbouring unit by not entering the deck on the other side or the side of the property.
No smoking allowed- security deposit will be charged if evidence of smoking
No candles allowed inside the home
No events or parties
Pets only allowed if approved by host prior to check-in- (fee may apply - max 1 pet)
No cats allowed under any circumstances (due to homeowner allergies)
