This spacious home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open fully stocked kitchen, living area and enclosed front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The back yard is equipped with a deck and grill for BBQing and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Linens and towels are provided, and full access to the washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.

The primary bedroom comes with king-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms are comfortably sized. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is has a bunk bed (twin/full) with trundle. Efficient multi zone central heat and air. Hot and cold enclosed outside shower. Off street parking for 2!

This house is perfect for a family or group of friends— enjoy time in the enclosed porch or out back on the deck, gaze at the incredible sunsets, grill out on the Weber gas grill, enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We have puzzles and games. There's high-speed internet with Xfinity— works for multi users if doing remote learning and/or work from home.

House is walking distance to the bay and beach/boardwalk. Ventnor boasts large beaches that are family friendly without overcrowding. Beach passes are included.

There is immediate access to the best of Absecon Island. Enjoy the action and excitement of Atlantic City (casinos, shopping, dining) - easy access with local Jitney ($2.25), stop 1 block away. Venture a few minutes down the road to enjoy the vibrant communities of Margate and Longport.

We do consider allowing pets on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring your pet, please send in your booking inquiry: weight, age, and anything you think we should know hosting your pet. There is a flat $150 pet fee for all stays.

Now booking spring/summer stays with 3 night minimum, however strong preference is given to weekly rentals.
