Newly-Renovated, Open-Concept Private Beach House in Margate - Pet-Friendly!

Don't miss out on this sunny, bright and airy beach house in Margate City, NJ. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and only a 5-minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants/bars. There's a dog park right around the corner! AC is only a 20-minute drive and the Ocean City boardwalk with lots of rides and fun for the kids, is only 15-mins away!

Also, we supply pillows and comforters. Guests are expected to bring all linens and towels.

Located on a quiet residential street, there's room for one car in the driveway, with plenty of street parking. Relax on the cozy front porch and watch the sunset or BBQ with your family on the large, breezy side deck.

When you enter the front door using your unique key code, you’ll be greeted with a bright and airy great room with comfy reclining couches and two chairs that fold out into cots for additional sleeping.

There’s a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen next to the living room, which includes brand new appliances.

You’ll find a laundry room on the first floor with brand new washer and dryer.

The master bedroom on the first floor has new, comfy king-sized bed and huge ensuite, handicap-accessible master bath with two sinks, a brand new shower, a seat, safety grab bars, and a large whirlpool tub.

All 3 bedrooms have spacious closets and the master has a wall-mounted flat screen HD connected TV. The upstairs features a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle.

The home also includes high speed internet/wifi and premium cable channels in the living area. You’ll find a propane gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture set on the side deck, as well as access to the shed for storage. Bring your bikes! Plenty of beach chairs and 8 beach tags are provided for your short walk to the beach. We have some boogie boards available, as well!

The home was so comfortable from the kitchen appliances to the bedroom mattresses. The town is nice, and we were close to some great restaurants and the beach. My entire family loved our stay and we intend to come back again!!

Beach Vacation

We stayed here for 10 days and have nothing, but great things to say about it. The hostess is amazing and gets back to you immediately with any questions or concerns. The home is great and just as it is listed. The neighbors and the neighborhood are fantastic and there is plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Beautiful Home

One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in. We instantly felt at home and not like a guest. The owner was so lovely before we arrived and was quick to answer any questions during our stay. Neighbors were pleasant and even though a little far from the beach, we appreciated the quiet and spent a lot of time on the beautiful front porch. Can’t wait to go back.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at Brooke’s place in Margate. We went with our grown children and young dog who all had a wonderful time. Dog loved walks around Marven Gardens and the convenience of the dog park. Neighbors were nice and we were close to our friends who are in the area for the summer. House was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs including to cook and eat in; parking was easy, beach tags and equipment were much appreciated and oft used. We look forward to coming back again.

Amazing property; perfect location

My family and I had such a great time at Brooke’s home this past weekend. She was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was recently renovated and decorated beautifully. We loved relaxing on the front porch and grilling on the side deck. The neighborhood is so quiet and my dog really enjoyed the dog park around the corner. We plan to make this an annual tradition!

Perfect Beach House

I loved the layout of this house! This home met all of our needs and then some- the space was ideal for my family, everything was clean, well maintained and worked smoothly. The property manager was incredibly responsive- she thought of everything and had very detailed instructions prepared for guests. She was willing to answer any and all questions. I would happily stay here again.

We are locals and our house is being renovated so we couldn’t stay there but we didn’t want to miss out on the unofficial beginning of summer and had family coming into town. A Lovely Stay at the Beach

We loved it here! This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. Lots of space, very clean, updated, bright and airy throughout. Brooke was helpful prior to check-in and available if we needed anything during our stay. It was a really easy checkin, and Brooke was available for anything we needed. The house is very well-situated. It's a quick walk to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants, but far enough away that it's quite and has plenty of parking available. Lots of comfy outdoor space, as well. We will definitely be back again and thank Brooke for being such a great host!

Best Stay in Margate

We come to Margate every year for summers and holidays and this place was my favorite!! The location is in a quiet residential section of Margate next to a dog park so perfect for families and pets while still being a short ten minute walk to the beach and best bars and restaurants. Brooke was so welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. I can’t say enough about the house and the pictures don’t do it justice. The master bed and bath is by far the biggest I’ve seen in the area and the high ceilings made the kitchen/living area feel so open, not to mention it’s also one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Margate.

Great VRBO Host

My family and I visited Margate for the Memorial day weekend. Brooke was a great host, very friendly and helpful with the details. The three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home was clean, updated roomy, and had every amenity that we needed as a four person family. There is one off-street parking spot and plenty of parking on the street since the neighborhood is not particularly busy. My son particularly enjoyed the electric couch and lounge chairs in the family room. Everything was super clean and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

Relaxing family getaway in Margate!

Our parents and us with our dog had a nice, relaxing getaway at Brooke's beautiful beach home in Margate. It was our first time in Margate which is a beautiful beach town. The house was well maintained and clean. We didn't spend much time on the deck but it was a nice deck which also has a grill. We did spend a lot of time on the front porch which was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked. The check in/out process was simple. All the instructions were easy to follow. The neighborhood was very cute. Our dog had a great time going on walks as well as at the dog park which was literally right around the corner. There was some confusion regarding the bath shampoo/soap but Brooke was very responsive to our feedback. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We will definitely look forward to returning!

Great margate getaway

We only had a long weekend and the owner was fantastic and accommodating. The house was great and had everything you need. Having some spices was great and a fully stocked kitchen. Her upgrades are fabulous. The neighborhood is quiet and not touristy. Plenty of chairs and beach tags. Not enough good things to say. Neighbors were all friendly. Felt like a home right away, not a rental property. The sun was glorious from the beginning of the day and again in the evening off the front porch!! The owner was in contact with us as much as we needed her. Even when a neighbors dog followed us home. Even he didn’t want to go home when his dog dad came to pick him up. He preferred our porch! Everything was fantastic!

Tremendous Experience in Margate City, NJ

What an awesome family vacation!!! The house was perfect for us (even better than expected based on the photos available online when we booked). Great area on the NJ Shore; the amenities provided (especially in the kitchen & the beautiful new master bath) were beyond anything provided in the summer rentals we’ve had when renting through realtors in the Avalon / Stone Harbor area the past 4 years (including beach tags & beach chairs). Quiet neighborhood with plenty of available on street parking. We drove to the beach every day & had no problem getting a spot 1 short block off the beach (even when we didn’t get there until noon or later!) Brooke was incredibly responsive — sent all the info we needed to get into the house + a list of local hotspots well in advance of our check in. During our stay, when I texted her about an issue @ the house (which was in no way impacting our enjoyment of the property; I reached out only because if I owned the property I would want to be made aware), she responded promptly & had her “property manager” (who was also a delight to deal with) come check out & address the issue as soon as was convenient for us. I wish all of our rental experiences were this positive!!

Me gusto mucho la casa, muy acogedora y equipada con todo lo necesario, aunque esta un poco separada de la playa esto ayuda para que sea mucho mas tranquilo y facil de parquear, volveria sin duda.

I've lived in NJ all my life, but have traveled all over the world. I love immersing myself in new cultures and trying local cuisines. My favorite part of traveling is connecting with people from these faraway lands and learning all about them and their way of life.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property near the beach has been in my husband's family since the 50s. It's been passed down to 3 generations. It's a very special place and we have made lots of amazing memories there. We feel like now is the time to let others create their own family memories in our home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's a very open and airy space, yet it's also very warm and inviting. We love the huge master bath, complete with whirlpool tub and spa-like shower. The outdoor space is key. We love watching the sun set from the front porch after a long day at the beach. We also love BBQing and eating lots of family meals on the large side porch. You'll love the breeze there on warm summer days!
