Living & Dining
The home features two bright, open living spaces with large smart TVs—perfect for relaxing after the beach. The main living room doubles as a game area with shuffleboard, foosball, and tabletop hockey, plus board games stored in the coffee table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, with ample dining space for group meals. It features quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets with brushed gold hardware, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious kitchen island, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping for groups. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and closet. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, two closets, and a dresser. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two twin beds with large closets. Three updated full bathrooms feature walk-in showers with tiled surrounds, built-in benches for added comfort, and clean, modern finishes throughout.
Outdoor Space & Parking
Enjoy a private back deck with seating and a BBQ, perfect for grilling or unwinding after a beach day. Located just 1.5 blocks from the sand, you’re also within walking distance to Ventnor’s restaurants, cafes, and the pier. Laundry is available in the unit guest use. Two parking passes are provided for 24/7 free street parking nearby the house. The driveway in front of the home is too short to fit a vehicle, however, we make our best efforts to keep the space in front of the driveway clear, offering one dedicated street parking space.

Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

None of this units spaces or amenities are shared with the other unit. The unit is accessed with a common door which is shared with Unit B. Once entering the common door, unit A and B have separate entry doors.

Located on charming Jackson Ave in Ventnor, this home is located on a quiet residential street and offers a relaxed beach town feel just minutes from Atlantic City. Walk or bike to local cafes, shops, and restaurants, or enjoy the nearby quiet beaches and scenic boardwalk. Don’t miss the summer farmers market on Fridays. With Margate and Atlantic City close by, you get the perfect mix of tranquility, dining, and entertainment.
Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

PARKING: Two parking passes are provided for 24/7 free street parking nearby the house. The driveway in front of the home is too short to fit a vehicle, however, we make our best efforts to keep the space in front of the driveway clear, offering one dedicated street parking space.
TVs: All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

None of this units spaces or amenities are shared with the other unit. The unit is accessed with a common door which is shared with Unit B. STAIRS: Approx. 8 stairs required to access the main living area and approx 10 additional stairs required to access 1st floor bedroom
HVAC: The home is heated and cooled via a central forced air system controlled by a wall mounted thermostat.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
