The pool is cleaned 2x per week on Tuesday and Friday.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests based on availability. Please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Additional fees may apply depending on the time requested.
Landscaping:
The HOA will take care of the property on Thursday.
BBQ & Outdoor Dining
Yes, a gas BBQ is available for guest use and is located just outside the kitchen. There is also an outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with a view.
Fire Pit
Yes, a fire pit is available on the patio for cozy evenings. Please use it responsibly and with safety in mind.
On the Golf Course
The Sea Turtle is on the golf course, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Occasionally, a stray golf ball may land on the property. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by golf course activity.
Parking:
There is enough parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Two can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day. NO overnight parking on the street is allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed. An EV Charger is located on site.
Noise Ordinance
The City of Indio enforces a strict noise ordinance:
* Sunday–Thursday: Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* Friday–Saturday: Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please be respectful of neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents. Excessive daytime noise should also be avoided. Violation may result in a warning and forfeiture of your security deposit.
Occupancy & Extra Guest Fee
The Sea Turtle accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. The base rate covers up to 8 guests.
Each additional guest over 8 will incur a $25 per night, per person charge.
Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, pool door alarms are installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you to any unauthorized access to the pool area. Not engaging the pool alarms is a risk to the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to the non-use of the pool alarms.
Indian Palms Country Club is a gated community with a 27-hole championship golf course. It also features a clubhouse for food and drinks.
