Ocean View and pool access~ Sand and Surf

Sand N Surf is one of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located across the street from the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people! No need for a car while on the island as Sand N Surf is a block away from shops and local restaurants. The Folly Pier is close by to take an evening stroll and watch fishermen. Downtown Charleston is just a 25-minute drive for the perfect day trip.

It has a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room with an attached private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds. Parking passes for 2 vehicles is included with this rental as well as a full-size washer and dryer. As an added bonus, there is a pool on site (open April-October). Please note that this unit is on the 1st floor of building 2.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do by the beach. Fun shopping and local restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was very limited in what it had, but it was enough to make it through.

We loved staying here. Sand and surf is so spacious and had a wonderful patio you can see the ocean from. We loved how close all the restaurants and shops were. We were able to walk everywhere! We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great condo! We have adult children so this was a great location for our family to spend our vacation. The public beach was right across the street. Restaurants, bars, and shops were all within close walking distance. Shout-out to Bert's Market which had a little bit of everything! We would definitely stay here again.

This property needs to be upgraded for the price etc. furnishings. There were a couple of cockroaches we saw. And there was a leak, supposedly condensation from the air condition vent, in the master bedroom that would drip at random times. We reported on our 2 nd day and no one ever came. Condo was supplied with necessities.

We apologize for the pest sightings and for the condensation/drip in the master bedroom. That you reported the issue and did not receive a timely resolution is unacceptable — I will investigate why maintenance didn’t respond and will have our team and pest control inspect the unit, address the vent/leak, and treat for pests. We’ll also review the furnishings and overall condition to ensure the condo better reflects its rate. We appreciate you noting the unit was supplied with necessities. Guests are always encouraged to report any issues during their stay so we can address them right away. Thank you again for the feedback — we’ll use it to improve Sand N Surf.

5 friends and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding on Folly and it was great! The condo had a view of the ocean on the porch and was a perfect location to walk to and from the restaurants and bars.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect Location

We have stayed multiple times in this building. It is perfectly situated to enable enjoyment of all Folly's best features. The unobstructed view of the ocean is The Best!

Weekend getaway with Family

Perfect location and a lovely spot. Rooms are nice and clean; Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There’s lots of choices close by for restaurants. The beach is very nice and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Great unit in a great location

Drove from NJ for 12 hours and were pleasntly surprsed at every aspect of the unit. Close to the beach, easy walk to fun places to eat and shop, and 20 min drive to Charleston and other historic sites. Sunrise at the pier cannot be misssed. Thankful that we lucked into such a great rental.

Family Gathering
