Designed to accommodate up to seven guests, this condo is a vibrant home away from home, infused with a bright, coastal chic decor that promises a relaxing and fun-filled stay. The complex offers modern conveniences including two dedicated parking spots in the garage level, elevators for easy access, and a seasonal community pool perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Additionally, a secure storage unit is provided including beach toys, games, and chairs.



As you enter the condo, you will be overwhelmed by the expansive balcony where you can soak in stunning ocean views. Inside, the condo offers a vibrant celebration of modern beachside elegance, with a bright and cheerful atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. We had a fabulous time in Folly Beach! The property is located near tasty restaurants and the walk to the beach is right across the street. We arranged to rent two umbrellas and four chairs each day, so enjoying the views and great weather was a breeze. A nice afternoon/evening in Charleston made the week perfect!

A beautiful condo and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable! The only problem was the cleaning crew had apparently spilt mop water in the kitchen and not cleaned it up. They may have been in a hurry and forgot I dried the floor with a towel and all was good.I would definitely rent this again!

Great location on Folly Beach. The unit was very nice with all the space and ammenities we needed for our family of 5. Great location close to plenty of restaurants, grocery store, the pier, and the beach. The front spacious patio facing the ocean was nice to have for morning coffee or evening sunset views even though it is set back from the ocean and the street. Our stay was very short (day and a half) so we really didn't get to spend as much time at this location as we would have liked, but it fit our needs and interests for this trip. If they had the option to give it a 4.5 stars we would give it that rating. It worked great for us, thank you.

The location from the beach & center street is perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. I loved that each room had its own bathroom as well. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Folly close to everything you need!
