Grande 3BR, 3BA condo en bord de mer. Cuisine complète, 2 piscines, ascenseur, 15 minutes du centre-ville de Charleston. Quelques pas du bord de l'eau. Restaurants, boutiques pittoresques, et la jetée de pêche à distance de marche. Chaque chambre dispose de salle de bain privée. Un très grand lit, un lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux, et un canapé-lit double. Belle chambre principale donne sur l'océan et dispose d'un jacuzzi, 2 lavabos et douche séparée. Cuisine lumineuse et aérée et d'un salon donnant sur l'océan. Balcon étend en face de la côté de l'océan de l'unité avec des entrées de la chambre principale et un salon. 52 pouces à écran plat HDTV, DVD. Air conditionné, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse. Cuisine bien équipée. De beaux meubles. Magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le quai de pêche dans l'après-midi. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de tout ce que la folie a à offrir. WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble. Carrelage et moquette. Pierre comptoirs de cuisine. Table et chaises sur le balcon pour l'observation de détente et de la plage. Great property in a great location! Folly Beach is always fun, but being able to walk to everything is that much better! Place was exactly as described, and Susan was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

New in town

We chose to go to Folly Beach this year as we wanted to be close to Charleston but on the beach - we were not disappointed!We had a great time in this great town - the rental was perfect for us … exactly as described and we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo steps from the beach and all kinds of excellent restaurants!A short drive to Charleston in less than half an hour! We loved the balcony which is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is totally private. Parking was also great.

Overall a great location/property- some negatives outside owners control such as beach renourishment going on 24 hours in front of property and some outside work on the complex just down from the unit we were in blocking access to one of the elevators

Tropical Storm Debby Checked In

We were homebound most of the week due to Debby, the tropical storm! The condo was comfortable for the three of us. We watched a lot of Olympics coverage while watching the abnormally large waves and whitecaps out on the ocean. The only drawback was that it was quite a distance from the condo to the beach. I didn’t expect this (I have difficulty walking), so there were days when I didn’t leave the condo. Luckily we had a healthy teenager with us who could carry chairs, run back to the condo if we got to the beach and realized we had left something behind, etc. Overall, it was wonderful spending a week with my best friend and my Godson, whether holed up in a cozy condo or getting fried on the beach!

Great vacation spot!!

This is the second time staying in this unit. Location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few steps away. Charleston is about a 10-15 minute easy drive. Property is always clean!!

Excellent location, and the rooms were so nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The rooms were clean, and very well stocked with all amenities. I am physically challenged, and has no issues with the room, very accommodating. It was easy check in and out. The location was so nice. We were close to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment. My favorite part was watching the ocean from the balcony . I highly recommend this condo.

Folly vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure. Oceanfront with a pool is as good as it gets. Love the relaxing vibe of Folly and love that is is so walkable.

Wonderful stay! We wish that we could return every year! 25 years ago I worked on the pier at Starfish grille and it was a great return to the beach and see all of the exciting changes!!!! We absolutely loved being on the beach and being able to go into Charleston and enjoy the history of the city in one stop! Thank you so much for sharing your awesome place with us! If we ever return (we love to try new places and states every year) we will stay at Susan’s place! 100%

Family Beach Trip

The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently situated near the pier and places to eat. We enjoyed watching the beach restoration process in front of the condo. By the end of the week we had a newly constructed strand in front of us. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

Very relaxing visit. Loved that we could walk to all of the food joints and bars. Sitting in the deck and listening to the ocean was the best. Loved that we could eat in sometimes instead of going out for every meal.

I grew up in Charleston and my Grandmother owned a beach house and spent most of my summers at the beach with many cousins. I went off to college and brought my husband back to Charleston with me. We live on James Island and have three children who grew up on James Island with frequent trips to Folly. They all swam, surfed and relaxed on the beach every chance that they could. They are all married now and my Grands are enjoying the wonders of Folly now!!
