Our 2 bed 2 bath condo is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is perfect for walking and biking. If you are looking to explore the immediate area, you can easily bike to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions.

As for parking, our condo has one designated parking spot for our guests. Additional parking spots may be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the condo complex parking lot. Please note that parking is not permitted on the street, so all vehicles must be parked in the designated areas.

If you plan to explore the surrounding area and attractions, a car is recommended as it will give you the most flexibility and convenience.

However, if you prefer not to drive, there are other options available such as a community shuttle, ride-sharing services and public transportation. Having your own transportation is highly recommended.

• Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 10:00 am. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Our condo is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, so we ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. If you need to smoke, please do so outside in designated smoking areas.
• We provide basic amenities such as towels and linens. If you need anything else during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• We also provide free Wi-Fi for our guests, so you can stay connected during your stay.
• We take great pride in keeping our condo clean and well-maintained, and we ask that you treat it with respect and leave it in the same condition you found it in.
• Our condo is on the third floor accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.

We are part of the Barefoot HOA. The HOA schedules routine services such as pest control that may occur during your stay. This may result in an authorized service provider having brief access to the condo to carry out these services. Our rates have been adjusted to accommodate for these minor interruptions.
