Welcome to The Rainbow Spot, an end unit on the first level with breathtaking views of the Golf Course in the highly-regarded Barefoot Resort area of NMB. This condo offers access to 2 pools and a complimentary summer shuttle service to the beach. Just a brief 5-8 minute drive away, you'll find the beach, marina, and Barefoot Landing. Perfect for families, golfers, or those seeking a relaxing getaway.

Discover the ultimate golf retreat in this corner condo on the 1st floor, situated on the fourth hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course. Recently renovated, it features new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as all-new LVT flooring. The Master bedroom boasts a plush new cool gel memory foam King bed, while the second bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 guests with twin beds. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience, and you can unwind in front of one of the 3 provided TVs, including a new 55-inch HDTV Flat Screen Smart TV. Enjoy the outdoors from our secluded covered porch with a fan, offering a picturesque view of the golf course. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Explore the renowned Barefoot Landing, home to an array of shops, restaurants, attractions, and Windy Hill Beach, all just a short drive away. During the summer, take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service, or opt for a quick 10-minute drive to Windy Hill Beach. Additionally, you can relax at the pool in Cypress Bend or indulge in the largest pool in South Carolina located at The North Tower in Barefoot.

Spring break

The property was conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shops and beaches. The accommodation were beautiful and comfort. Would definitely book again.

Long Stay turns to Short

Haven't been away for the past four years. Thankyou Covid. Checked our regular hangout in Florida just south of Tampa but when I got the prices, I decided that Myrtle was a really good choice. We have split our retirement with ten years in Florida and ten in Myrtle. This was the Myrtle year so we found Annie's site on VRBO and really liked what we saw. Headed south in the middle of March thinking the weather would be a tad warmer and it was. The weather, the unit, the people around us were all perfect. We are avid golfers and we hit the range on our second day down ready to hit the links on the following Monday but......Life got in the way .....in the way of Heart problems which forced us to return home rather than stay. Never even got to play one round. So we drove home, back to cold temps in Ontario and my ticker kinda healed itself with medication. Our host was quick to respond to our problems and offered us some money to ease the crunch which she didn't have to do at all. But this is what Annie is all about and we really appreciate her for what she has done. Will be back next year, same time, same station.

BAREFOOT CHRISTMAS GETAWAY

Quick Christmas getaway for my wife and I (both 60+)from Canada- we stayed a week- very clean unit on ground floor and a corner unit- everything you need is on site including fast chargers which was a nice bonus, Annie was super fast in responding to emails and was a pleasure to deal with- place is minutes from shopping, golf and restaurants- we loved it Thanks Annie

Great vacation place just like being home

The pictures do not do this condo justice! The owner has attention to detail and makes you feel so welcome just like being at home. We had a long car ride and we’re greeted with a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived on the dining room table! Very clean, organized and great location! Will definitely book again!

Hey there! We're from Northern Virginia and recently purchased The Rainbow Spot, a cozy property located at the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. It's situated right in front of a golf course and only a quick 7-minute ride away from the beach! We named it The Rainbow Spot because of our little 6-year-old who thought it was the happiest place on earth! It's our go-to spot for relaxing and creating unforgettable memories as a family. We hope it'll be just as joyful for you as it is for us!

This is a beautifully decorate unit with everything updated. Ground floor end unit with tall ceiling give you plenty of space to move around. It's centrally located in highly desirable barefoot resort and landing area. It's porch is directly facing fourth course of Greg Norman golf course. it's simply delightful!
