Cas Coral is a luxurious two-storey property located in the exclusive Coral Estate resort.
Ground floor

On the ground floor there are three comfortable bedrooms. Two of these have shutters overlooking the pool, while the third bedroom is located at the side of the house. There is a spacious bathroom and an additional shared bathroom, both equipped with a shower and hot water. All beds have semi-orthopedic mattresses with a medium firmness, for a good night's sleep.
Upper floor

The upper floor offers an open plan space with a modern kitchen, a cosy dining area and a comfortable living room. Here you will find a smart TV and a portable speaker for entertainment. Through the doors you have access to a spacious terrace, where a sofa and a small table with chairs are ready - perfect for your morning coffee. A staircase from the terrace leads directly to the pool area.
Outdoor space

In the private backyard is a large swimming pool, ideal for swimming laps. In the evening you can switch on the atmospheric pool lighting for a refreshing dip under the stars. The garden is equipped with a dining table and various seating areas, including sun loungers and comfortable sofas, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors.
There is also a guesthouse in the backyard, with a spacious double bed, toilet and shower. You can stay in this lovely villa with a group of up to 8 people and enjoy all the beauty that this area has to offer.
