Boasting over 180 degrees of uninterrupted views, youâll enjoy breathtaking ocean scenery from every room, including each bedroom. Step out onto your exclusive supersized private balcony, complete with sun beds, a dining table, and chairs, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. Just steps from the powdery white sands and turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach. Youâll enjoy a prime location within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, Camana Bay, entertainment, excursions, and car rental agencies. The property features resort amenities including a pool, tennis court, pickleball, fitness room, gas BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. We are family friendlyâbeach toys and cribs are available upon request.

Tennis and pickleball courts are available for your use, as well as a fitness room to keep up with your workout routine. On site Gas BBQ grills are provided for outdoor cooking and dining. Direct beach access means youâre always just steps from Seven Mile Beach, and lightweight beach chairs are available upon request for your convenience. For families, we offer beach toys and cribs upon request. The property is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and beautifully manicured walkways.

âą Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
âą Only registered guests may stay overnight.
âą If you use the BBQ grills, please clean them after use and follow all posted safety instructions.

Emergency contact information is listed in your welcome booklet. A first aid kit is located in the towel cupboard or bathroom cabinet, and a fire extinguisher can be found in the kitchen. Please remember to lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit and turn the AC to 78 degrees.
