This holiday condo with ocean view from the terrace is perfect for outside family dining or a relaxing morning coffee.



The complex is walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shopping and Camana Bay where you will find world-class shopping, dining and more. The complex includes a saltwater pool with loungers and umbrellas, a beautiful white sand beach - the beach comes and goes depending on the weather conditions - with plenty of loungers , and umbrellas and a lighted tennis court.



We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs are included for your convenience. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.



Stay cool and comfortable with the condo’s central air conditioning, replaced and upgraded in July 2025.

The Space:

Upper floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a King bed, two additional room both with a queen bed. One washroom with stand up shower and double vanity is located upstairs with the second being on the lower level. Open concept lower level with kitchen dining and living area.



Guest Access:

Upon your arrival, you will discover a welcome book containing all the essential information you need, including WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and emergency contacts.

Exploring the island is a delightful experience with these convenient options:



Public Buses: Economical fares ranging from $2 to $8 make buses a great choice for exploring.

Walking: Enjoy the morning sun on foot. Stroll along scenic paths and take in the beauty.

Electric Scooters (Bird App): Download the Bird app and hop on an electric scooter for a fun and convenient ride.

Taxis: For longer distances, simply call a 24-hour taxi service.

Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations. For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.



Standard Cancellation Policy: 14+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.



December & January Cancellation Policy: 60+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. 30-60 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
