The roomy living area with tall ceilings houses a large 4K Smart TV. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers amazing views, a comfy King bed with luxury linens, and a 4K Smart TV. Additionally, the room features a beautiful en-suite with a tub and shower, along with a private work or study area. Downstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and the other with the flexibility to have two twin xl beds or a King, all with luxury linens. The large, downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. This property is in a great location. Easy check in and the property is very well equipped! We had a wonderful stay and will stay here again on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

Nice home, but not perfect.

Great location, can’t say enough about the location. Less than 1/2 miles to beach, about 1.5 miles to the dog beach. The home is well appointed, stylish and large, all very good. My only complaints are the owners, they stay on site and that was not disclosed to us prior to booking. That may not be an issue for you, but it was for us. And finally the water, the host feels the hot water heater works fine, I took cold showers for three days, it did meet my definition of hot water nor do I think waiting for hot water is a good experience. It was just two of us in the home and the amount of hot required is rather minimal, $500 a night, you should get hot water. 3/5.

Wonderful Place!

We loved the property, everything was as described. We had anything we could want available: laundry supplies, beach towels, sunscreen, a wagon, bikes, cooler, all kitchen supplies. It was a nice location, able to walk to beach or bike if you wanted. Nice quiet street and clean. Owner was readily available for questions and sent over information as described. Had several suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Only change was maybe send over information the morning of check in vs an hour before. I was a little nervous we were not going to have a house! I Property was clean and as described! We enjoyed our stay so much! If we come back to this area, we wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this property again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. My teens (18, 17, and 15 year old) stayed downstairs and my husband, toddler and I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs. It was really the perfect layout and amount of space for my family of 6. There was so much thought put into the home. Everything we needed was available. The home was extremely clean and organized. Super pleasant decor and we appreciated the extras (beverages, bottle of wine, and snacks). We would love to come back next year. Melissa also checked in and was available to answer any questions, very delightful to work with. Thank you Melissa!

Wonderful stay!

5 star rental! Melissa and her team thought of every small detail to make the stay amazing. Not only was everything impeccable, they thought of anything extra that might be needed. The bikes were wonderful to use, they had every single beach item you might need to make everything seamless and easy. The walk to the beach was extremely short, it was the perfect location to stay. We were 100% wowed by even the little items the house had to make everything simple especially if you are traveling with kids. They even had a welcome sign with our names to greet us, all the little touches made it the best stay we have had anywhere. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent property

Property and location were wonderful. Communication from property owner was the best I have experienced on VRBO. The kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor grilling/lounging space and garage (beach & laundry supplies) were well stocked and all instructions were very clear. This property owner puts a lot of thought and care into making sure guests have everything they need and are comfortable. We look forward to staying at this property again. It was perfect for us.

Best house we have ever rented!

I can’t say enough great things about this rental. It’s brand new, totally stocked with everything you could possibly want for kitchen, beach, relaxing, or family games. 2 minute walk to the beach, parking is easy, easy walk to downtown HB or bike (even has bike locks). Everything was so thoughtful from the welcome goody basket to the books with tons of ideas on what to do and where to go. AC was cold and decks /patios were awesome. We ended up grilling and enjoying dinner on the deck with beautiful sunsets. We love Hunting Beach and will make this house our place to stay from now on. Probably the best rental I’ve ever stayed in and my whole family agrees.

An Amazing Place to Enjoy Huntington Beach

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and this home was ,by far, the most well stocked accommodations we have ever stayed at. There was everything you would need, from toothbrushes to ample hangers! There was an incredible welcome basket waiting for us with goodies and a bottle of wine. They even had a personalized sign welcoming us. The beds were extremely comfortable! Melissa and team were very easy to work with and very friendly. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing time at the beach! Thank you to Melissa and her stellar team!

Family trip to Disney

Cannot emphasize enough how accommodating this rental is. You could walk in with absolutely nothing and have everything you need. (Besides clothes) The attention to detail was beyond exceptional, the host really knows how to make you feel comfortable and right at home. She even went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter that needed attention outside of renting the property. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental that feels like a home away from home. And we’ll definitely be back!!

Best stay ever

This is one where I was tempted not to write a review to not tip others off to how great a spot this is. It’s a great 3-bedroom setup, in a great location, but above all we were blown away by the care Melissa put into everything. It is so well thought out and stocked - has everything you need and Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty at every opportunity. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach House

This is a pure gem. A nice walk to the Huntington Pier. This condo is just a block or two off the water. Very clean and updated with all the necessary essentials. The hosts made everything so clear and simple. Turnkey. We will be back for sure.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location is very walkable as well as being peaceful and private. The townhome was nice and clean and was exactly as advertised. Amazing!

Great place to relax near the beach with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very clean and the pictures match the home. We come to Huntington Beach every summer and this was the best rental we have had so far! Absolutely no complaints and the property manager was very friendly and available if we needed anything.
