Also featured is a comfortable workspace with unobstructed Starlink internet, up/down blinds for privacy, and a private balcony for two with views into the woodlands. While the bathroom has a great view of the mountains, please note that the bathroom is open to the bedroom with only a privacy wall and curtain.
The ½ story bonus room features a double bed and two twin beds, and is accessed up a short flight of stairs from the main level. The washer, dryer, and hot water tank are also installed in this space, and while it feels private there is no door.

This was a girls retreat with 7 women and we were all very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again! It was great to be able to use the pool at the Inn also. Nice place with a somewhat weird layout
Three of the beds are shoehorned into the laundry room, which was a little awkward. But it's a beautiful property and great location.

Comfortable and nice
There wasn't a complicated checkout procedure, requiring more than basic thoughtfulness on our part. This is nice when you have a large family with you. Added to the guitar pick collection.

Nice cozy space in a beautiful area
The Chalet is located right outside of Mazama. It's cozy and quiet. I was there for a wedding and did a backpacking trip beforehand. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and communicative. I was able to set up a backup check-in plan in case I got eaten by a bear while backpacking so that I wouldn't inconvenience my friends. I highly recommend.

Our Favorite Methow House
This was our 5th time at Deer Run. This house is laid out well for our family, has good amenities, a great view of the mountains and wildlife to watch. This house works for two couples and several kids, or just a small family too. It has been over 5 years since we've stayed here; and know that the house has new owners. They have stayed true to Deer Run, but have done some nice furniture upgrades. This is a comfortable house, with easy accessibility to all the great places/hikes/ski trails in the Methow. We loved summer here-we have been here many times in the winter, so it was fun to experience the beauty of summer. Fun to just enjoy time together and even play a fun game of magnetic scrabble on the wall! This was our daughter's choice of vacation before she heads to college in a couple of weeks. It was a memory lane week, with biking the MCT, hiking in the North Cascades and Goat Peak, visiting the Mazama Store, Rocking Horse Bakery and downtown Winthrop. Unfortunately Cinnamon Twisp Bakery was closed due to staffing-a bummer. The 1908 BBQ in Twisp and Fainting Goat Restaurant in Winthrop were excellent though. We'll be back!
