Wonderful trip at a wonderful upscale condo

This was a one week trip with a group of five family members whose ages went from 4 to 70. Have been to NSB many times over the years and this has been the nicest unit I’ve ever stayed at. This condo has new upscale appliances and large newer tvs. You can tell that this condo was not furnished to be a rental but to be a home. It was spotless and owners easy to work with.

This condo is extremely well appointed. The home was well equipped with dishes, glasses, appliances. It was very much as advertised on VRBO! We loved the balcony watching the sunrise was a daily event. We were also within walking distance to several great restaurants. We were close to pickleball also. We would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful Beach Condo

Lovely condo located in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Great for walking, sunning and swimming. Located near stores and restaurants. The condo is very modern and fully equipped with tvs, and all working appliances. Very clean with very nice linens and lots of beach towels and beach equipment. I would highly recommend this unit for 6 singles or great for families. The owners were very helpful upon arrival and gave a tour of condo via the phone. The views from the balcony are priceless and will definitely Come back.

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable and close to our favorite dining & entertainment spots. Beach & pool/hot tub access was very easy. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Communication with the owners was great! Everyone in our group loved the condo and already wants to come back!

Wonderful and Nice Place

It was a week get away for my husband and I, really nice and comfortable condo in a great location. The owners did a great job of orienting us to the condo and explaining where things were and how they worked, very much appreciated. Everything worked with all the expected utensils and kitchenware we needed for our stay. We only missed having a Kuerig coffee maker, just easier and what we are used to.

ZERO STARS

After my initial payment to reserve the property posted I started receiving emails from the owners requesting information on myself and anyone planing to accompany me during my stay. The owners demanded to know the names and ages of my wife and kids since we all planed to stay in their condo, everyone’s travel accommodations, why we even chose to vacation at NSB, where we planned to eat and visit during our stay, and if we anticipated any visitors. After a dozen or so emails I assume the owners were satisfied with the answers because the emails finally stopped coming. About 2 weeks before our arrival I started receiving emails again with more instructions and questions. The owner Dave insisted on a phone call when we were a hour away so he could prepare for the required phone call tour of his condominium. After a 7 hour drive the last thing I wanted to do is sit on the phone with someone while they explain how to turn on a smart tv or where the light switches were or how to operate a front loading washing machine. Their condo rules and regulations were laminated and posted everywhere. My vacation was great but fielding all the demands from the owners of this property was intrusive and exhausting. After 32+ emails just to rent a place on VRBO was not worth it. If you are looking for rest and relaxation on your vacation then I would never stay here. I wish I could give this experience a rating of zero stars because that’s what it truly deserves.

Taste of paradise

I have rented through VRBO for the past 15 years. This is the most beautiful, well cared for condo I have stayed in. The owners definitely take pride in their property and our stay couldn’t have been better. Nobody wanted to leave. If you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful ocean views look no further. Very nice condo in the perfect spot in New Smyrna

This is a very nice, spacious condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. It is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location and its proximity to everything in New Smyrna. The condo itself provided all that we needed from cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, etc. We brought our own beach items but it was nice to know they were available if we needed them. The owners were very informative and helpful from pre-check in to check out.

Absolute Delight!

What a beautiful condo! It is well appointed and spacious. You will not regret staying in this home. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the deck which is directly on the beach. The location is perfect for a short drive to both Canal and Flagler streets. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely return!

This was an amazing experience. Condo is exactly as described and more. Super spacious, clean, up to date, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners, just as amazing. From booking to checking out they made sure our stay was perfect. Even a phone call shortly after arriving just to make sure check-in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. Great vacation location with everything at your fingertips. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed for 3 generations to vacation together. Lovely sunrises every morning from balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Very clean and updated condo and facility with easy access to stores and great dining. Beds were very comfortable. We had such a great experience from the moment we booked. Phyllis and Dave kept in close contact with us before and all throughout our stay to ensure our experience would be amazing and enjoyable. When we got to the condo, Tony was there to greet us to give us a quick tour of the condo. He was an absolute joy! The condo was spotless and absolutely beautiful! The views are unbeatable. This was the 4th time we have stayed in a condo in NSB, and this condo blows all of them away by far!

Best in New Smyrna Beach

I can't say enough good things about this property. It is immaculately clean, well furnished, and in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The property owners are excellent to work with and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Even our stay over 4th of July weekend was peaceful and stress free. Grocery stores and restaurants are convenient to the property too. The parking garage is such a plus. I won't bother looking for another place to stay in NSB after staying here.

Fun filled relaxing get-away

This property was immaculate and exactly like the photos on the listing. Phyliss and Dave were very helpful ahead of time and provided many suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. Tony greeted us at check-in and showed us around so we could quickly get familiar with the building and condo itself. The location of this property is perfect: within walking distance of Flagler Ave, restaurants, grocery store etc. Our family is already discussing a return visit and stay.
