Thank you for your positive review. We try to supply all the supplies needed for our guests including a seperate closet with all the beach accessories needed including boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and cabana. We also have flat screen smart TV’s in all rooms and the living room with access to cable and online streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu and more. Out kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking supplies, small and large appliances (and amazing beach views). Unlike most other beach condos we offer 3 seperate full baths for our 3 bedroom unit which is a big plus for larger groups. Starting April 10th we will upgrade one of the bedrooms to offer a queen and twin bedroom set (the other bedrooms have one king bed and 2 twin beds). Hope you can enjoy your home for a future stay,

We loved sharing our special beach home with you again. We too love the convenient second floor corner unit location. Easy access to the beach without having to use elevators and yet more private with it being on the second floor. We will keep making updates to make our home the best possible in New Smyrna Beach.
