★ There's a convenience store at the end of the block (open 24 hours) that has everything from wine & beverages to sunblock.

★ This place is new, and was built in 2023 so everything is fresh and modern! There is a maximum of 6 guests which includes infants and children.

★ As noted, this is a the upstairs unit of a duplex with 1 secure parking spot in a shared 2-car garage. This is the only shared space and everything is very private and quiet with separate entrances.
