Welcome to the perfect home away from home for your next ski-cation! This third-floor condo is ski-in - step out on the balcony and watch your family and friends ski down the 4 OâClock Ski Run, turn, and enter the door of the building! The hot tub is next to the building for added convenience and there is nothing like a soothing bath after a terrific time at the slopes. This is a warm and comfortable ski lodge condo with the best location possible. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. You and your group will be treated to an updated retreat, including new appliances, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, carpeting, custom drapes (including black-out in the bedrooms), and an 80-gallon hot water heater. It was also freshly painted and the furniture was updated as well (including new mattresses and a 50-inch TV) to make this a perfect vacation home. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace to read a favorite book or play any of the board games provided.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasaâs control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
