Wake up to breathtaking sunrises at Sea Sunrise, an east-facing 7th-floor condo at Condado Lagoon Villas. Perfect for up to 2 guests, this newly updated space features a king bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony, and stunning lagoon views. Located next to the Caribe Hilton and Paseo Caribe, and just steps from beaches and Old San Juan, this is the ideal San Juan getaway for relaxation and adventure.

Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In: All guests are required to complete a mandatory online check-in prior to arrival. This step is required before we’re able to share your check-in details, including access instructions. For security reasons, failure to complete the online check-in may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for all guests and must be presented at reception upon arrival.

Welcome to Sea Sunrise, a beautifully updated 7th-floor condo designed for comfort and convenience. The space features a king-size bed with crisp linens, plush pillows, and serene lagoon views. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy spectacular east-facing sunrises over Laguna del Condado, where you may spot manatees and stingrays in the calm waters below.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A granite breakfast bar with seating provides a comfortable dining or remote work space with high-speed Wi-Fi.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, single vanity, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience (laundry detergent not provided).

Guests enjoy access to Condado Lagoon Villas amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, fitness center, concierge services, and 24-hour security. The complex is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure comfort during potential service interruptions.

Prime location within walking distance to Laguna del Condado (2 min), Condado Beach (5 min), Escambrón Beach (10 min), Paseo Caribe (3 min), and numerous restaurants and shops. Old San Juan, cruise terminals, the Convention Center, and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport are just a short drive away. Uber and taxis are readily available, and paid self-parking is available at the nearby Paseo Caribe garage (3-minute walk). The property does not include on-site parking.

Security Deposit: A refundable $150 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional charges are identified.

Starter Kit: Travel-size toiletries, 1 towel per guest, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, and 1 bottle of dish soap are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit or building premises. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud activities.

Utility Interruption Policy: The host is not responsible for hotel, rental, or transportation expenses due to water or electrical interruptions. If service is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel unused nights and receive a refund for unused nights only. Consumed nights are non-refundable.

Rental Agreement: All bookings require signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.

Property Care: Towels and linens must be used only for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or other substances. Do not use towels to clean spills. Damaged or stained items will be charged.
Do not hang towels from windows ($100 fine may apply).
Excessive garbage or failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges of up to 100% of the cleaning fee.
If the AC is left off and moisture causes mold requiring remediation, additional cleaning charges may apply.

The place is perfect! Spotless, great view, walking distance to some very good spots to get coffee, bars, and restaurants. Couple minute Uber ride to old San Juan and to the cruise port.

Perfect rental for anniversary trip!

Perfect studio rental for the hubs & I to celebrate our 10th anniversary! The view from the 7th floor into the lagoon allowed us to easily see not only sea turtles swimming around but also MANATEES! The rental had everything we needed & in a great location close to beaches & Ole San Juan. We parked at the Normandie lot for 8 overnight & it was about 5 minutes to walk back & forth. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for towels, as there are none. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Rosemary was an excelent host. She answered all questions quickly and gave awesome recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and a great location. We saw turtles in the lagoon from our balcony. Great location

The front door had a piece of rubber lining preventing the door from automatically closing. The bed was very uncomfortable! We also checked it for any bugs and noticed the box spring was very dirty. We weren’t happy when we seen this. The address was given to us incorrectly in one of our correspondences with the owner so it was hard for the ride share to navigate to the property. I couldn’t find the blow dryer. I seen it as we were leaving. Everything else was fine. The noise between doors and whatever else was loud and we were constantly waken up by the noise in the hallway. The view was beautiful and the condo itself was nice. We utilized the hotel next door amenities which helped a lot. Overall it was a nice stay and the location was great! If the bed was completely changed out we would stay here again!

Great view and location but noisy

The room has a really nice view and the location is great if you want to be walking distance to the beach and explore condado. The kitchen has cooking supplies and communication with the listing manager was great. That's it for the pros. For the cons it can be noisy. I didn't realize that the doors that you see in the pictures on each wall are double doors shared with the apartments nextdoor thus you can basically hear every argument, every sex session that they might have plus if they happen to be smoking weed like our neighbors you will get the smell in your apartment as well. The pool was nice but the gym had a broken treadmill (the only one) so there's not much for amenities. The mattress looked clean but not very comfortable. The wifi is slow at times, during the day it would be between 1-5Mbps and at night it will be at most 15Mbps so if you plan to work from home like we did I do not recommend it. Overall I would give it a 3.5 because the view is great and the room/studio has all you need but it isn't very relaxing to be woken up by the staff on the hallway or loud neighbors.

Next to the bed is a full pull-out sofa, perfect for the kids. Enjoy breathtaking views as you look down upon the lagoon where you will find manatees, stingrays, and more swimming in the lagoon. As an east-facing view, enjoy incredible sunrises that will invigorate your day and dancing colorful sunsets as the sun disappears behind the building. The condo has been newly renovated to provide a fresh and modern feel throughout. In the bathroom find single vanity and stand-up shower. The bathroom is outfitted with all the necessities including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just off the front hallway find a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator. Lower and above upper cabinets provide plenty of storage space and find all the basic necessities to cook delicious meals including pots, pans, and utensils. The studio provides perfect comfort along with functionality, chic touches, a new entertainment system including a large smart TV and high-speed WIFI that is perfect for anyone working remotely while they escape to Puerto Rico. The Condado Lagoon Villas are not short on amazing amenities featuring its own private pool and jacuzzi only for guests of the Villas as well as concierge services, a fitness room, and laundry facilities (coin-operated), and walkable access to incredible dining.
