Pleasure Island Treasure

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located townhome. This charming unit is directly beside a beach access and a short walk or bike ride away from the boardwalk, CB Lake, greenway, veggie wagon, tiki bar and others restaurants.

The townhome is 3 floors plus a garage on the ground level. The garage has beach chairs and toys that are available to be used.

The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 6, cozy living area, and large balcony. The dunes that protect our home give this floor the most privacy.

The second floor is where you will find 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. The first bedroom has twin over full bunk beds with twin trundle. This room also has a private balcony overlooking the beach.

The next bedroom on this level has a full bed and you can find a pack n play and air mattress in this closet, if needed. It is on the street side of the unit and blackout shades make this room great for little ones.

The entire third floor is the master bedroom. This room has a queen bed, private balcony, and small bathroom.

We use this property as our own beach getaway as often as we can with our 2 young boys. However, we’ve finally decided to share it with others and hope you love this hidden gem as much as we do!

*PARKING - Our driveway fits one vehicle only. **Strict NO SMOKING policy. This refers to inside AND outside the property.

You can't get any closer to the beach!! The unit is super cute and the rooms were all comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome.

Wonderful Stay

Great home in an excellent location! Perfect hosts! I felt like I was staying at a friend's home. We traveled both north, to the USS North Carolina and south, to the aquarium. Both are close and were excellent additions to our beach visit.

Host is amazing with communication. Location provides easy access to beach. Boardwalk and good eats within walking distance. Additional parking close by. Three decks with ocean views. A great place for a family get away, with enough space to spread out. Check in and check out easy.

Beautiful Spot

We love Carolina beach and spend a lot of time there, so we're always on the lookout for a good rental. This spot was great! I enjoyed having the upper levels for the view. Right on the beach. A 10m walk from the main downtown area. The residence was clean. Will definitely be going back!

Amazing Stay!

We appreciated Jennifer's great communication with us. The home was perfect for our family of 4! We love how there was a crib for our toddler. It fit our needs perfectly! We also appreciated the use of toys, children's books, beach chairs, and kitchen items. The location for beach access was also great! The beach was nice, flat and expansive. We would be interested in staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great Family Stat

We had so much fun! I looked forward to staying here with the crib for my two-year-old, but then she didn’t want to miss out on the fun and stayed in the room with her brother and sister. It was perfect because of the trundle bed; all three kids fit in the bunk room perfectly. They were restaurants and ice cream in walking distance. The beach was really close by. We enjoyed our staying would definitely come back again.

Great Stay!

My family (2 adults and kids ages 15, 8, 7, and 3) had a great time! The property was spotless and very nicely decorated. We had every amenity we could have wanted and even plenty of extras. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We especially enjoyed being able to enjoy any of the 3 balconies. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a couple minute drive to any kind of food we wanted. Check in and check out were a breeze, and while we didn’t need anything during our stay our hosts were very accessible leading up to our arrival. She even messaged to let me know about fireworks during our stay! We are very pleased and can’t wait to make another trip!

Lovely beach getaway!

What a great find! This town house was in a central location with many places within walking distance, which was a plus since you have to pay to park almost everywhere in Carolina Beach! We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and attention to detail. The owner went above and beyond to provide everything needed during our stay (all linens, beach towels, toiletries, paper products, beach gear, even coffee k cups, a beach bag and sunscreen!). We also appreciated the many hooks around the house for bags and towels etc. Not to mention the gorgeous ocean views from three balconies! Couldn’t ask for much more. We would love to return!

Great family vacation

Home was very clean, living area and beds were comfortable, easy beach access, and everything you need for the beach available for your use. Location is excellent. Right in the middle of Kure and Carolina Beach piers. Walking distance to basically any immediate needs and most of your wants. Grocery store only a 5-7 minutes drive depending on traffic. Beach access was not overly populated where Jennifer's place is. And communication was excellent with nearly immediate replies. Checkout was simple with minimal needs from us. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect family vacation!

First off, this was a perfect location for us as first-time visitors to Carolina Beach. The beach entrance is right there, couldn't be closer! There is a convenience store and several restaurants within immediate walking distance. Everything else - grocery store, the Boardwalk, fishing pier, aquarium, many great restaurants - is an easy drive away.The house itself is beautiful! Check-in is super easy. Check-out was also very easy. You have amazing views of the ocean. The house had everything we needed: coffee pods, beach supplies (chairs, beach toys, beach bag), plenty of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great variety of kids books and toys that kept my kids occupied for hours. And finally, our host Jennifer maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay. She was very kind and helpful. We're already dreaming about going back!

More than we could have hoped for!

Our firat stay on Paradise Island was in a word PARADISE! The unit is beautiful, and the owner was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat, and with the use of their beach going items. We wanted for nothing, and a week on that wonderful beach was everything we were needing. We saved a ton by eating breakfasts and lunches prepared at the unit, and we had everything we needed to make that all happen. I hate to give great reviews because when everything works out like it did on this trip i don't want booking it for the next time to be harder. But, fair is fair, and this one is for sure a winner. Thank you for letting us use your slice of heaven!
