Clean and close to Lagoon

Great home, lots of space, and clean. The location is super close to the lagoon and the pool was heated. The kids had a blast!

Great set up to enjoy the pool and lagoon and beach. Nice amenities at the house. If you plan to cook, the house is a little short on kitchen equipment.

Great home for large family gathering with pool and on the beach. Plenty of room and fun things to do. Home is brand new and very nice.

Plenty of room

We loved our stay. Management was quick to respond to all of our questions and the house had everything we needed. That hidden room on top floor made us laugh and was fun! Smart way of adding rooms. We'd stay here again.

Spacious, clean, beautiful, pool was fantastic and the kids and adults spent hours in there each day. Very happy we selected this house with the private pool and hot tub. The resort lagoon was also unique and fun for both adults and kids as we used the provided paddle boards. Some of the kids also used the provided bikes. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was specious and has a full refrigerator and full freezer capable of holding a lot of food. Probably the only negatives is that for a house that sleeps up to 34 (we had 16) this will require many vehicles.. You can fit up to 4 vehicles in he garage and driveway but others must park up to a block away. If we are in the St George area again we would definitely return to Desert Color Red Rock Resort and select this home or a similar home with a private pool.

Everything was wonderful. The neighbors behind us were very noisy but it was New Year's Eve so it is understandable.

Great Property

This was a great property for our group that had traveled into town for a sports tournament. Lots of space for the players to spread out both indoors and outdoors. Amenities on property have something for everyone. Clean, comfortable and easy to work with the management company. There were very responsive to all questions or issues that arose.

Fantastic Vacation!!

We had a family reunion with 30 people age range from 65-4. There was something for everyone and room enough for all! The house was beautiful and clean, the quality of the house and furniture was amazing! The resort pool was awesome. The kids loved the pool in the backyard! The only thing to complain about was that the hot tub was not hot, it was the same temp as the pool. Everything else was more than we could have asked for!! We will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean and the place overall had potential, but unfortunately there were some issues. The bathrooms had ants, and we noticed roaches in the garage and kitchen area downstairs. The pool was nice, but the waterfall feature was not working. This property could be great for families if these maintenance issues were resolved.

Amazing house

This house was perfect for us. We had 18 people - my older parents, my brother’s family, my sister’s family, and my family. The house is gorgeous and very well designed. There are so many fun gathering spots in the house with all the patios, decks, and common lounge rooms. We really enjoyed the lagoon as well, especially since the house has a kayak and two paddleboards that we could play on. I do wish the house had some portable lounge chairs that you could take to the lagoon since there aren’t many chairs at the lagoon, but that’s my only suggestion. The property management was very responsive and there were easy and clear check in and check out instructions. It was a wonderful stay!

There is room for improvement. First the hot tub had video instructions for how to turn on the jets, but the box that you use to turn on the jets was non existent. The host did not reply on this matter. The next problem was the oven. It didn't work. We had planned on making enchiladas for 30 people and the oven would only heat up for 2 minutes or less then shut off. The hosts response. Turn the breaker off and back on for a gas stove. It didn't work. We will send someone out tomorrow. After we check out. Waste of money and food for us. It was clean. The private pool and lagoon were fun. Just don't plan on using the kitchen.
