Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, soft new towels and great communication from booking to checkout. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or pool but it was heater’s requested. Nice outdoor patio and yard for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

The home was very clean - had everything we needed for a great vacation! There were a few issues with the pool heat - however the staff was very prompt with responding and doing everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful trip. The location was fantastic, walking distance to dinner, coffee and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again!

Great House for a Family Trip. Would Stay Again.

We had a great stay at this house with our family. The home was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The pool area was very clean, and the loungers were perfect for relaxing, even though we didn’t end up swimming. Checking in and out was extremely easy, and communication with the host was great — very responsive and helpful. Overall, the house was in good shape — a few light bulbs were burned out and the floors could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing that impacted our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Home for Family

The pool table was a hit with the boys. We didn't get to use the pool even though we paid for it to be warmed. The beds were comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Very relaxing getaway!

This property has it all! From the pool to the putting green and pool table to the spacious living quarters this home truly is a vacation paradise! The heated pool was everyone’s favorite feature. The house was beautiful and clean. Cannot say enough good things about this property. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing getaway in the sun, this place is it!

House needs general repairs & upkeep. Bath faucets very loose when using showers, vanity lights out. Although we paid for heating the pool, there were a few days it was too cool. We were told the ipad in the house controls the hot tub, but it was dead, no charger in the house, we were told one would be delivered, never was. The 2 side steps into the hot tub are extremely sticky with debris on them, don't step on them! Instructions for all the TV remotes would have been great. Although there were these issues, the house was great for a family or group of friends, just needs some TLC

Review of stay

It would have been nice to have a note to which of the 6 tv remotes to use for the living room tv and which HDMI or Dierect tv to use. It would have been nice to have the thermostat unlocked so we could addjust the temp. The upstair bedrooms were uncomfirtly hot with no ability to cool them down becaused the thermostat was locked!!!The check in and out was great fast and quick.

Hi James, thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback on the remotes and will take that into consideration. We don't have a lock on the thermostat but we do restrict how low the A/C can go. Arizona gets extremely hot and the A/C units cannot always keep up so we do lock the temps at 70, which we have stated in the listing. We'd love to host you again!

Pool issues

Nice house, big room really enjoyed the house, kitchen and BBQ area. Had problems with the cable and tvs and half the controllers were dead and there were no spare batteries. And it was a constant struggle with the pool and hot tub. Regret paying the extra for heating. Also, there was only 1 garage door opener when we got there and we were told there would be 3.

adequate not great

The property needs repair. Simple things like missing lightbulbs on vanity. Hot tub not heated even though it was advertised as HOT tub. No dish cloths dish towels. It didn't ruin our stay, but it definitely wasn't a property that WOWed us. Price was reasonable, but for the condition of the property could have been better. No attention to detail. The games were scattered all over the yard as if no one had checked the property before we checked in. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was just not up to the standards of most in our experience.
