Healdsburg Modern Limerick is a 3BR/3.5BA two story luxury, smart home 3.5 miles from the Healdsburg Downtown square. This property is beautifully located less than ten minutes to Healdsburg and to Windsor where shopping, wine tasting, concerts and a multitude of year-round events are offered to visitors and locals alike. The features of this home and property are many, including smart devices, gourmet kitchen, luxurious living room with gas fireplace and oversized TV and comfy chairs and sofa. Outdoors are inground pool (heated May 1- October 31, extra charge outside these dates dependent upon season $300-500 start up and $100-150/day), hot tub, outdoor kitchen with lots of seating and tables, gardens, outdoor shower, views, and much more.

Walk in to a light-filled interior with open spaces. A roomy living area offers comfortable sofas and chairs surrounding a stone fireplace, and wall-mounted smart TV. An L-shaped desk is built in for a convenient work station, great for a zoom or video call. An open gourmet kitchen includes marble countertops, wooden cabinets, island with six-burner Wolf cooktop, Wolf ovens (great for Thanksgiving and holiday cooking), refrigerator, wine cooler and dishwasher. Dining for 8 + island seating. A handy laundry room with washer/dryer combo is also on the ground floor, and access to the garage.

Upstairs three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms are located. All have their own TV and bathroom, and a bench or chair for dressing, putting on shoes, etc. The primary has a private balcony overlooking the backyard and vineyards, and the two guest rooms share a second balcony. All beds have like-new mattresses and luxury bedding and comforters,. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet if needed. Two oversized chairs fold out to sleep two additional guests in living room.

Awesome

The property was awesome exactly as depicted in the pictures house is completely updated with huge open living area/kitchen on first floor so everyone can hang out together and great outdoor lounging space with BBQ/pool/spa. Would definitely go back again.

This property is truly spectacular. It is exactly as advertised and we had an amazing weekend. We stayed in for dinners and enjoyed lovely wines around the pool each evening.

Honestly such an amazing place for my husband and I to get away after our wedding! Wineries were close and the pool was a gift from above! Will definitely look to come back.

Awesome Place to Stay

Amazing property, very well equipped, awesome outdoor area. The only problem is that the management company was completely unresponsive when we asked for help with fire pit. We had no gas to use it. This was disappointing.

A terrific house with everything you need - and in a quiet, close location

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed this property immensely. It is located about 5 minutes south of Healdsburg Plaza which is easily accessible. While located on a private road, it was easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is brand new and has everything you could need. Three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a great kitchen with all the kitchen supplies you might need, the dining table for 8 and more seating around the huge island was convenient, a main room for a gathering place with a big TV. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub with all of the outdoor spaces including an outdoor kitchen. The house is better than the photos. The check in process and accessing the house was easy, with lots of information about the area (restaurants, vineyards, etc.) and clear instructions for using all of the features of the house. There was a lot of attention to the lighting but everything is labeled. There is a sound system controlled by an iPad for inside/outside. We have rented many houses in Napa and Sonoma and the issues are always whether things are up to date and how convenient is the location to wineries, restraurants and activities. Given the brand new house it has all of the modern conveniences you could imagine. This is a house built for vacationers and the owners clearly thought about what would make a stay easy and enjoyable. It is convenient to all activities in Sonoma and was about an hour to the farthest parts of Napa Valley.
