Family Beach Getaway just minutes to the Gulf

You will be close to everything when you stay at this comfortable centrally-located home. Less than a10 minute drive to the famous Indian Rocks Beach and multiple stores of all kinds. The home includes a few beach cruisers bikes, outside fire pit, badminton and cornhole. Comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen make this place the perfect get away, family home or couples getaway. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer, beach chairs/toys, internet, smart tv's and a fenced backyard too!
The space
Primary bedroom- king sized Tempur-pedic bed, 55inch smart tv, black out curtains.

Bunk room-
Four twin sized foam mattresses, plenty of storage

Back bedroom-
Twin daybed folds out to king, workspace/desk area, private bathroom, 43 inch smart tv, garage access, patio access.

Living room- plush sofa and loveseat with 55inch curved smart tv. High speed internet and blackout curtains for the lazier days.

Backyard- badminton, fire pit, cornhole covered sectional seating with table, ceiling fan and light. Propane BBQ

Garage- 5 adult sized bikes, two scooters and two children’s bikes. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and misc outside toys.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard including garage. Currently there is NO garage parking due to bike storage. Two cars allowed in the driveway (one behind another) and up to three other cars allowed in the grassy parkway across the street. Road is nice and bright and very sleepy.
